I would never use Zip Electric, LLC (Zethan Parker), a low life contractor. I fired his company while on the job!! Zethan's representatives drank beer while installing a natural gas line and performing electrical work. He is a rude jerk, after firing his representatives I gave him five days to send licensed personnel to finished the job. During the five days instead of him sending Licensed people to complete the work he chose to hire an attorney to try to place a Lien on my home! WTF asshole!! I got the work completed by component and professional people. I had to draft a response to Zip's attorney which told me Zip didn't have a leg to stand on!! they drop the effort to put a Lien on my property. asshole
