I worked with Alan from Zihua. He helped me with a part of our garage remodel, disconnecting, moving and then re-install of our Washer/Dryer. Overall I had a great experience with him. He was very respectful and listened carefully to my concerns. He was also very careful with the move, making sure not to leave any scratches on the W/D. Anyways, he worked very hard to do the job to my satisfaction. I will definitely work with him again.

Requested a service on kitchen and dining room light fixture replacement. Did a pretty good job. Also let me know that I can replace recessed light fixture with normal E26 thread. I have more items for Alan to work on. Just hope that I can get his time :)

Zihua Handyman is Alan, and he was great. We had a short list of small jobs that had accumulated during the shut-down. Alan attached a loose cabinet door in the kitchen in about two minutes. Also we had a light in a closet that kept going off and on with no rhyme or reason. The bulb seemed OK and we thought maybe it was a switch. Alan advised that we had the wrong kind of LED bulb in the fixture, and he swapped it out for a smaller bulb. It has worked ever since. Who would have thought that? He took apart a patio door lock with a loose handle, diagnosed the problem, reassembled the fixture and suggested we get a locksmith because it's an uncommon lock. Turns out he was right. Lastly we needed a gasket for a shower door, an uncommon size. After driving around to three hardware stores Alan ultimately ordered it on line, will install when it arrives. His rate for all that, including driving around was totally reasonable. I appreciated his honesty and expertise. He knew what he was doing and knew when we needed to call someone else. He's was prompt, personal, affordable and respectful of our house. I highly recommend him.
