This company is very good with customer service. I had a 240 outlet installed to charge my Tesla a few months back. For whatever reason it stopped providing the maximum amperage during charging.

Meaning it would charge at about half the speed, which was frustrating. We troubleshoot and figure out it is the plug itself overheating. Nothing to do with the install just a faulty plug.

Eli came over with a more expensive/better quality plug just to make sure it wouldn't malfunction again free of charge.

This company actually cares about its customers. Hard to find people like this now a days.

Zeuz Electric gave professional service at a reasonable fee. Would use again. Thanks for installing my Tesla charger in my garage. Eli had to go through my house as the electrical panel was on the opposite side of my house as the garage. It was no factor for him. I am happy with the result and my car charges great.

I can do a lot of basic electrical work myself like changing a light fixture or installing a ceiling fan, but when I wanted new electrical sockets and to fix light switch problems, I needed help. We had a list of items throughout the house that he was able to get done and at such a reasonable rate!

We found him from his reviews and I'm glad that I can be one more great review for others to find and know that you will get more than your money's worth with this service.

Recently got my EV back as it was in the shop for over a month with a battery issue. So I figured it's time to dusk off my old Level 2 charger and get the NEMA plug installed. I checked around for quotes and Zeuz was definitely the cheapest (initially) but turns out there's been a misunderstanding as they thought I already have a NEMA plug and the quote was for a replacement and not a NEW Install.

I was a bit turned off by that but whatever the guy is already here, I asked him if he's got the parts to do it initially he said yes. But sure enough once he started, he needed to go to Home Depot for additional parts.

Once he's back, it didn't take too long for the install. BUT my charger was showing a RED light which I don't recall but he assured me that it's like that until I plug it in then it should go GREEN.

Like an ID10T I tried it and BAM, instant error!! A red light (ODC) came on (in the EV dash) and I quickly unplugged it. Sadly the damage is done! I tried to drive it and the battery % on the EV is now draining 4% every block. That's right, it was 99% then off to the driveway and I'm down to 90%.. 86%.. 82%.. you get the idea. By the time I went down 2 blocks I was worried it wouldn't make it further so I drove it back.

By this point I was already swearing at myself for getting the Level 2 Charger install.. I reached out to support but they really couldn't do anything at the time... I ended up discharging the EV battery and hope for the best. Long story short, I drained it completely and re-charge it in the morning. Also strange was the light on my Level 2 charger turned GREEN. So I figured why not let's see if it'll charge it. It works! And now my EV is back to normal.

Still not sure what caused the issue initially so I can't point finger at Zeuz as it could be number of things....

Looking back for the price I would pick another company..

Zeuz (Zeus) Electric is awesome. I cannot say enough good things about Eli. This guy will solve your electrical problems! I needed three 240V connections and Eli helped me at a great price. He installed two 30 amp breakers (for mining) and one 60 amp breaker (for an up to 48 amp EV Charger). He listened to my feedback and made sure everything was complete before calling the job complete. Eliomar was highly recommended by a friend who's used zeuz for a tesla charger installation. Eliomar was punctual, professional, skilled and efficient. When he said he'll be done under two hours, he meant it. He was very honest with what he can and cannot do with regards to the installation. He presented the issues he saw and gave me options. His quotes are very reasonable as well.
During his visit, I mentioned about my AC not blowing heat and Eliomar volunteered to investigate. He may not have fixed the problem but I appreciated the gesture. I, too, highly recommend Eliomar of Zeuz electric.

This review has nothing to do with their actual work, but is related to a request of potential work. I asked for assistance in having security cameras installed at my residence.
