Our sockets stopped working on Monday. We called Jorge Tuesday and he's here today. He explained and showed me what might have happened and was very thorough. It's fixed now and he helped me game plan the next repairs. He even asked me to get a second quote just so that I would get peace of mind that he's giving me the beat deal. Now that's a personality trait I greatly appreciate.

First thing, I asked Jorge to take care of the wiring then wait for 2 cameras that I ordered. He pushed me to buy two of his cameras because he didn't want to wait. Which I initially thought were good but now I see they aren't as good as the ones I was ordering. So just like I wanted we should have waited.

Then his piping and wiring is using lazy tape work, and not fixing the pipes to the wall because he thinks nobody is going to notice.

And lastly, I am using a patch panel on all my existing cameras but Jorge decided that it was best to bypass the patch panel because I never asked him to go through the patch panel. That is something that is assumed, especially when you can see we have done a great job labeling and using the patch panel for all the existing cameras.

And when we asked him to fix and make it right, the true Jorge came out, he was horrible to deal with. Never use this company again!

The technician kept very good communication on the day of the appointment. He kept me updated and showed up on time. He was very professional and troubleshooted my problem very quickly. He has all the right tools and makes very good recommendations. He installed 2 exhaust fans in my bathrooms and fixed a few switches that were acting up. I'm quite disappointed in Jorge. I asked him for a quote and he let me know that I needed an in-home consultation. I accommodated his availability of an early morning appointment due to his other scheduled job. I waited to hear from him but didn't so I followed up with him and he let me know that he had truck issues and wanted to schedule for a later time in the afternoon. It's unprofessional that he didn't have the courtesy to let me know when he knew about his truck issue prior to my scheduled appointment. I hope he improves on his communication skills and doesn't do this to his future customers.
