When I was searching for an electrician to install an outlet and mount my tv, I received a handful of quotes. Jorge came to my home to give me a free consultation. Even during the consultation, he did the most thorough evaluation of how to do the job and gave me the best quote! He was on time, efficient and very friendly. I'm quite disappointed in Jorge. I asked him for a quote and he let me know that I needed an in-home consultation. I accommodated his availability of an early morning appointment due to his other scheduled job. I waited to hear from him but didn't so I followed up with him and he let me know that he had truck issues and wanted to schedule for a later time in the afternoon. It's unprofessional that he didn't have the courtesy to let me know when he knew about his truck issue prior to my scheduled appointment. I hope he improves on his communication skills and doesn't do this to his future customers.

I call this Zeus this morning , Jorge said he would let me know what time this afternoon. He called said he would be here around 12:40 and he was. He replaced my garage coach lights. I had a very pleasant experience with Jorge who helped me to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. As soon as I connected with him, Jorge promptly stopped over to give his free estimation of the project. He was very upfront with the cost. It only took him a couple hours to finish the work. Although a wall panel was accidentally fallen through a hole on the wall while he was working on the touch up of the project, Jorge went to Home Deport a few days later to get some parts and come back to finish up the touch up work for free. This totally shows he is a responsible person who gives his commitment to his work.
