Mark is very responsive. Great communication mostly by text even on the weekend. Zeros Electrical upgraded an electrical panel for me. I liked that they also patched my stucco wall after installing the panel. All the other electricians who quoted would not get their hands dirty and require somebody else to do the stucco patch. Zeros' work is very high quality and they overcame challenges with my old house quickly. Everything was completed as promised. They showed up as scheduled and went beyond my expectations in getting the job done. I will definitely call them again with future projects. Highly recommended!

the work i got done was in early december and am finally writing a review now! mark was really knowledgeable and a good guy to work with! prices were reasonable and quality work. i originally wanted to install a nema14-50 outlet coming from my circuit breaker box but after an inspection, mark suggested that we have the outlet coming out from the main panel instead. i also had my old stab-lok breaker unit replaced as well to future proof myself from any potential fires ;) after all of this work mark and team also installed a light outside my house and it's been great.

i'm happy with charging my car at a faster rate, front exterior light is doing great and i have peace of mind with the new siemens circuit breaker

mark was really flexible accommodating me during the holidays in 2020 and really appreciate his quality work and fast responses.

I manage rental properties in addition to other Real Estate services and one of my rental properties had an electrical issue that caused three of 4 bedrooms to go without power. The electrician I normally work with was on a job up north and was not available so I went on yelp and I found Mark and Zeros Electrical after scouring for someone that was available on a Sunday evening. After trying to contact about 7 electricians.

He was able to come out in the late evening and did a preliminary check of all the outlets, the breaker box, and the wiring in the attic. He discovered what the issue was and that it would take a day to do some re-wiring and clean up of some of the outlets that had some corrosion issues due to age and use.

I received a quote to do the work and Mark was able to set up his crew to come at date and time that was convenient for the tenants of the rental and corrected all the identified issues. I was extremely happy with the work and fix, as were the tenants.

I will be relying on Mark in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Second time around using this company I can no longer recommend. Lack of follow up trying to schedule an appointment and finally had an appointment scheduled after several days, and the ""owner"" then pulled a no show. No call, no notice.
