I called Zenith Electric and spent over 30 minutes on the phone with them explaining I needed a new 110v breaker installed in the main electric panel and several white GCFI plugs inside the home replaced. I asked they send the electrician with appropriate equipment. The next morning two gentlemen arrived, looked at the work I needed done and said their office would email me an estimate. They were not able to make a single repair. They did not bring any of the parts necessary. I explained to them I had spent 30+ minutes on the phone with their office the day before. I told them ""never mind."" REVIEW UPDATE: I did appreciate the owner's very prompt response (within 90 minutes of me posting) on YELP, and a call from the electrician involved who wanted to try and make things right (but, I already had the work completed). The electrician explained the person at their office who answered my call had only worked there three months and that he had not received the information regarding the specific work I needed to be done. I had requested the electrician be available for 60-90 minutes of work. (The electrician who I called a couple days later did everything I requested, and took care of a few other items in less than 90 minutes...but he had the items I told him he would need). I would be willing to try Zenith Electric again.

Did not go with them because their estimate was way too high. Quoted me $550 to replace 1 bathroom fan. Other company charged me way less.
I mentioned I had already purchased fans. And written quote never mentioned you were supplying fans.

I just bought a new EV and want to get the charging station installed in my garage. I made 3 appts with electricians and scheduled with Zenith to come today at 9am. No show. And they were the only one not to show up. I called at 915am and left a VM asking where they were and when they would arrive. No call. Then at 1050am a woman calls from their office saying she wants to give me a virtual estimate. I never made this arrangement with them and I wouldnt accept an est without them coming to my home. When it takes 1 hour 50 minutes after they were supposed to show to call me that translates to: we are too rich and too successful to give an F about your business. Can I give them a negative 3 stars review? Congratulations on your success!!

Had a great experience working with Zenith. They were always quick to respond and we were able to set up an estimate and have the job finished within a few days.

Our Installer, Tedi, was very professional and walked us through everything he'd have to do. It was a two-person job, I didn't get the other guys name but he was just as great and friendly as Tedi. One of our cats was absolutely obsessed with them and followed them everywhere they went.

They had to cut into the wall and did an amazing job patching/cleaning the area.

We'll definitely be using Zenith for any electrical work in the future.

Great service! I had two outlets that were reporting faulty wiring on a tester I used. Tedi and Simon showed up quickly, checked them out, and even vacuumed up a few debris before leaving. I plan to use them again in future.

I wondered about all the 5 star reviews, but I have to say that based on my experience they were earned.
Artin showed up on time. He was polite, mature, and friendly. He got to the bottom of what I considered a tricky problem efficiently. The fix was made and everything worked. He had good equipment - that helped a great deal.
I was a little surprised that he only charged for one hour, as the job seemed to me to take longer than that.

Tedi and Vians were exceptional! I reached out for a quote from Zenith Electric and they responded quickly and came to the house within 24hrs to give a detailed estimate on the installation of an EV charger which included running new conduit and higher amperage to the garage.

Tedi and Vians even provided a few tips on how to save on the cost of installation and gave recommendations on EV charger placement based on their past experience doing the same job. They were both extremely professional and very friendly. Their schedules were booked for a few weeks out but I got a call the following day saying they had a cancellation and could come over that same day to complete the installation they had previously quoted me for. Between the two of them, they completed the entire job in less than 2 hrs including the time spent cleaning everything up. The work was extremely well done and exactly what I was looking for.

Zeniths prices were right in line with other quotes I had received but their customer service, and working with Tedi and Vians, made all the difference. I feel confident having a reliable electrician to call with any future needs!
