I know only a very little about electricity and wiring but I know enough to know that I shouldn't be doing it myself. I did a little research and found good reviews for Zellner. I had a patio extension done and needed an outside outlet and two ceiling fans wired and installed. They offered a great suggestion about adding another outlet just under the roof of the patio extension and hooked that up to a switch and all of it works great! I hooked up the switch and extra outlet to some edison lights and hung those from the patio and they look great! There was an issue with my lower outdoor outlet and it kept tripping so I called them and they came right out and took care of it. No issues! I highly recommend them.

Hired Zellner to convert old kitchen 220 service to dual 110 service, and install a new over-range microwave hood to prepare for a new gas cooktop, and update two bathroom exhaust fan/heater/light combo units.

Heard back from business owner nearly immediately to my Yelp bid request. T&M was agreed on and job was scheduled just 1 day later. Work was performed by Jose Nunez and helpers. Jose was extremely knowledgeable & professional, calm & efficient, and quickly divided up the work between himself and helpers. Parts were needed that were not on the truck and were delivered by two other workers quickly. All work performed quickly and workmanlike. Particularly impressed with efforts made to protect tile backsplash and counters when mounting the microwave. A little mud tracked in on lugged sole shoes by one of the 2nd crew of workers.
All old materials removed including packaging for new appliance at my request. Pricing of around $600 included all of the labor, and the complete components for the bathroom multi-units, new breakers, outlets, covers, etc. Job well done. Zellner will be my go-to for all future electrical needs on this house.

Tony and Alex installed a ceiling fan and several smart switches in our new house yesterday. It is an old house built in 1970, so even though these jobs are relatively simple, we have learned just the opposite in our house, which is why we call in the pros! Needless to say, Tony and Alex are simply some of the best in the trade, respectful from start to finish, so personable! My wife has informed that she would kill me ""jokingly of course"" if I ever ask for another electric company other than Zellner to perform our work. Thanks Derek! Wanted a small job done. Price Per Fixture was expensive to me. Out of respect for the business and the integrity of yelp reviews I'll leave the pricing to the business to quote. Maybe it is not expensive for the industry overall but rather the unassuming and sort of ""I don't have time for this"" manner in which I was dealt with that bothers me most. I'm not an electrician, I initially engaged the business looking for some rather common electrical parts because I was going to do the job myself only to be met with a rather rude employee. I thought maybe I am asking the wrong questions and they just install this stuff. Looking at yelp, others have encountered this rude employee as well. Looking at business owner responses I should have known not to proceed.

This is a small shop located in a prime area of New Braunfels. Parking is scare but is in a parking lot. The building it is in looks new, business was clean and they appeared to be full service electricians with a small town home feel. Whether or not they sell parts or only install is sort of a mystery to me. I just, cannot for my all,understand why so much hostility and lack of interest in business. Maybe I caught them on a bad day? Then again, reading reviews I doubt this.

Overall I cannot say the work is bad, I can say the customer service leaves a bit to be desired and well while a yelp search for electricians yields about 30 in the surrounding area I'll say for me I'll choose another. Buyer beware, end product may be good but the road to get there feels very much the opposite of friendly customer orientated.

This past week we had Zellner Electric come to our home and install whole house surge protection and rework a kitchen circuit. Tony was right on time and completed the jobs in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about these guys. We finally found a company in New Braunfels we can count on!

There is a rude older woman that owns a purple van that closely matches her permed curly hair. She gets over the top rude and angry when someone accidentally parks in the Zellner electric parking next to the kids therapy.

At least be pleasant and professional about it.

She is bad for your business and wouldn't recommend anyone to your company bc of it.

The guys at Zellner Electric did a great job troubleshooting and installing my Nest video doorbells. They are official Nest installers and though Nest claims homeowners can install themselves, the first electrician I called couldn't figure it out. These guys will get you up and running on all your Nest products. Good guys!

What a fantastic job from initial contact to end product! Mr. Zellner was professional and quick to respond to my requested quote and blew the competition away in price! After we scheduled the appointment the team that showed up had my home EV charger plugged in and running in less than an hour! And they charged me exactly the price I was quoted!! Not a penny more! Absolutely incredible work! I will recommend them and use them again for any upcoming projects! Again thank you and Fantastic job!!!
