Excellent service, starting from my call to enquire about service with Robyn to Shane and Robert coming out and completing all the work in one day. They were friendly, courteous and exceedingly thorough. They hung six ceiling fans, three kitchen island pendants, one dining room light and created an extra outlet in the bathroom. They cleaned up after themselves and took good care of our furniture, moving it out of their way to ensure no damage occurred while installing fans/lights.

We are thrilled with the work they did for us and would highly recommend Zapp Electric. We will b calling them back out to install our foyer light next. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends. Thank you Shane, Robert, Robyn and Zapp Electric!

Don't expect punctuality or timeliness from Zapp, so much so that it severely detracts from the electrical work that was completed right. The first instance I had a appointment scheduled for 8 (with a 30 min window), and hadn't heard anything by 845 so I called to find out the status and then was informed they'd be at my house soonest which turned out to be 915. They took an 1.5 hour lunch break and only finished 2/3s of the work. I make another appointment for 1pm (with a 30 min window) a week later. I get a phone call at 120 the day of, saying ""we're finishing a job nearby, should be there in 45 min."" 3pm comes and goes and I haven't heard anything further from the electrician or the folks at Zapp's office... and as it turns out, they didn't plan on showing up cause the previous job ran way over. Communication is poor so be prepared to initiate that and don't expect any sort of timeliness on their behalf.

Today my problematic electrical home wiring was surgically diagnosed and professionally repaired by Shane and Robert from Zapp Electric. Had a chandelier install and some switch modifications. Dan was able to provide a reasonable & accurate estimate and quickly schedule the work. The technicians that came out, Johnathan & Skylar did a great job. They explained things thoroughly, using easy to understand language. They worked through issues calmly with a great customer service oriented attitude, to make sure I was happy with the final product.

If and when I ever again need an electrician for my condo, I will definitely be calling Zapp! I can't say enough good things about them. I was referred to Zapp Electric by The Home Depot's ProReferral, who had three selections in my area for the job I needed done. Dan Hunt called me so fast on the same day, a Sunday, which surprised me, as I figured someone would email or call me on Monday, or not at all as I have found out what happens with these online referrals. Shout out to THD for having a great company on their referrals team.

Dan Hunt is a very pleasant guy to work with. This is a family-owned business that's been around since 1978. After I explained to Dan what I needed, he told me they were very familiar with the brand I chose and highly recommended it. I wanted to replace my very old noisy bathroom exhaust fan to a quiet one, Panasonic WhisperQuiet. We made the appointment for first thing Tuesday and his son Zach and helper, Robert arrived on time. I had misinformed Dan of what I needed (which is one reason I need an experienced electrician!) and instead of the fan they had already brought with them, Zach went out and got the proper fan with an LED light. (I didn't realize the bathroom light and fan were in the same unit.) Robert did the prep work, Zach returned with the right model, and soon I had a brand new bathroom fan and light that I am beyond thrilled with. The men were very nice, friendly, clean, professional and respectful. They did a fantastic job of installing the ceiling fan with no damage to the ceiling paint or anything else, and cleaned up after the job. Highly skilled experts who know what they're doing.

Here's the kicker though: Last year I had another highly-rated electrical and plumbing company install a kitchen lighting system, which I was and am still happy with, so I had called them first to come out for another electrical problem I was having, which has been resolved. Since I've been planning this upgrade to my home for a while, I thought since their electrician was here, I would inquire about a new quiet fan. I knew that a super quiet exhaust fan is going to be more expensive than the standard cheap fans, but was surprised at his price quote. Even with their yelp discount, it was over $1,000 dollars. Zapp Electric charged me for the price of the fan at their supplier, for which they must get a discount and didn't mark up the merchandise, or charge a hella lot for labor. Zapp was $640 less, so you know they are honest and won't gouge you. A very reasonable upgrade in home maintenance and worth every penny. Zapp Electric's work is guaranteed. They take all major credit cards including AmEx. They've been in business for over 40 years but are up-to-date on the latest technology of business and have all the professional expertise and workmanship you'll need available. Fast and honest hard workers.

Highly recommended, 5 Stars isn't enough, but they are rock stars in the wonderful world of electricians.

We had Zapp come out to our home to install a large (6 feet wide) and heavy (150 lbs) chandelier. The entire crew of Carlos, Dallas, Skyler, Bobby led by Johnny were awesome and took great care of our very expensive chandelier. They brought scaffolding and even rigged a pulley system to ensure that the chandelier was gently handled. My wife and i were extremely pleased with the work they performed and our living room now looks awesome. This is a company that takes pride in their work. Thank you Zapp Team !!

This company is fantastic!! I have had multiple calls out to other electricians, but this company definitely came through. The first time they arrived was to give me a quote, which was great because they video what you are getting done, so when the person shows up they know what they are doing.
When they came to do the work, they were prompt and informative. Shane was great at communicating and ensuring what we wanted to have done. He was responsive and worked hard to get the job done.
