I have been having issues with my doorbell / camera / alarm system like forever. The two Zapp electric guys came, figured out what the different issues were (badly connected transformer and defective ring) and fixed everything.
They were on time, very organized, clean and super efficient. In about an hour, it was all done. I could not be happier and I highly recommend Zapp Electric!

Robert and Bobby came out on very short notice and installed outlets for our dryer and oven. They also installed our Ring doorbell. They were AWESOME. We had Bobby and Robert out today and they installed outlets for electric oven and dryer and installed wiring for ring doorbell. Installed wiring for electric dryer. They worked so hard in the heat and even hotter attic. Patched the holes and cleaned up. They were super friendly. Really went above and beyond. They saved the day! We were able to install and use all of our appliances. Highly recommend.

I needed to find and replace all aluminum wiring in an old house and update the circuit to current standards. It was a pretty complex project given the long history of changes by prior owners. Zapp electric did this for me and had it done with a city permit and inspection.

Zach and Dallas were very professional. They explained the problems and helped solve each one as we uncovered them.

I will definitely recommend them to anyone else who needs anything from a simple to the most complex electrical projects.

I wanted to take a moment to say what an upfront and honest company this is. I had asked to have a chandelier hang. When they came they told me they had done some research on the kind of chandelier I had and that it might not be low enough to suit my space. Turns out they were right !! They took a proactive approach to help me. They may have lost out on getting paid today but they now have a customer for life !! And I'll certainly hire them again when I can find the appropriate chandelier !
