I requested a quote from Yelp and Zair along with many other companies replied to my request. But Zair was the only one that provided an estimate to come out and do an inspection. Also Zair was the most reasonable pricing. Our communication was mostly done through text which I prefer but a couples of calls were made to confirm appointment. Techs arrived on time and at the time they were scheduled. They were very nice and polite and also provided updates on the issue along the way. Within 1 hour they diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Happy with the outcome.

I called Zair to troubleshoot a problem at a remote rental and they solved it!

The electrician that was sent out was thorough, persistent and knowledgeable. When the problem was assessed, I received a phone call with an estimate followed by photos of the problem and the work (after I gave the green light). The electrician ran a new circuit, and add a new breaker and GFCI.

The process was simple and easy. We communicated by phone and text. I paid by Zelle and received my invoice by email.

Pricing was fair for the work done (7 hours) and the work was guaranteed for 1 year.

So happy I found a good electrician in Northern California. Thank you Zair!
