One month later, I had kept his phone number in my phone, and we were having problems with another outlet (actually a whole number of outlets stopped working). I didn't hesitate to contact him but didn't know if he could look at it last minute. He texted back with ""I'll be there today!"" and that made us all smile. He got it fixed within an hour - WOW.

Great guy, very personable and honest - very, very honest. In fact, I asked him when he came to fix our issue whether we need to do a major rewiring.. he SAVED US lots of money by pointing out that it's working and we could do it later down the road (we're renovating the house). The guy is all around great and we love doing business with him because of his integrity. Other electricians who I've worked with in the past would have added up some new business right there on the spot, but he took a much more honest approach.

He also has the ability to take credit cards (he has a Square machine to do the trick for us who don't carry cash!). So no need to go to the ATM to get his top-notch service. His fixes are always perfectly done and with care!

Called in the morning of one day and requested service for the next day at any time after noon. He agreed to an appointment for the next afternoon. We stayed home all day the next day, and he never came and never called. That was a week ago, and I've still not heard anything.

I don't have any comments on whether he would do a good job or not because HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Very unprofessional.
