2nd time using Charles and his team, this time to redo flooring, install new pre-hung doors and remove a wall to expand living space and final outcome is awesome. Wu was the project manager and made a lot of suggestions along the way, some of which helped save money which was appreciated. He also has a great personality and is very easy to work with. They are all great to work with.

Overall had around 8 or 9 different workers between flooring installers, demo crew and installation of doors and baseboards, over the course of 2 weeks and they were always on time.

We usually get 3-4 different quotes when doing larger projects but this time we did not and felt confident with the decision from the beginning.

Charles and the team were incredibly responsive to my request for repairs to storm-related electrical damage, coming out on the same day - even though that was not my expectation. Upon arrival Scott was professional and knowledgeable and listened to me. He assessed the situation, apprised me of my options, and proceeded as requested. Charles and his crew were fantastic, from the initial meeting in the showroom, to several weeks later, the lightning-quick installation of our kitchen remodel in summer 2021. We live in Capitola, and our far-out location from typical radius wasn't a problem. Beautiful cabinets, countertops, and greatly improved the functionality of our space with practical electrical suggestions, and we stayed within our budget expectations. Extremely knowledgeable crew. We plan to hire Z Design again for future remodeling projects.

Had a great experience with Bing and the Z Design team on our new recessed lighting and plumbing job. They were very responsive and very transparent with their quotes. While doing their work, they even caught another plumbing leak, reported it to us, and got it fixed on the same job! They were prompt and timely on their start date, very thorough in their work, and left the place spic and span after the job.

Wonderful experiencing working with Charles, Wu, Denny and the entire crew on our condo kitchen remodel. Z Design's team even resolved an unknown water leak in one of the units walls, and repaired the damage before completing the project.

Good work ethic is hard to find nowadays, but Charles and his team have been a complete joy to work with. They are efficient, thorough and communicative. Every project has been handled with care and I don't have to worry about anything. Charles is on top of his team and provides the best service every time.
