Z Design's team even resolved an unknown water leak in one of the units walls, and repaired the damage before completing the project.

Good work ethic is hard to find nowadays, but Charles and his team have been a complete joy to work with. They are efficient, thorough and communicative. Every project has been handled with care and I don't have to worry about anything. Charles is on top of his team and provides the best service every time. We used Z design construction to finish our garage and attic space. Bing and his team were great from start to finish. We had an initial consultation regarding the scope of work and Bing heard us patiently and explained the feasibility of the tasks, especially in finishing the attic space. Bing was very open to feedback and also late requests. The Z team was very professional, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and wore masks as per guidelines. The structural as well as restoration work was done with due diligence. Although the work took an additional few weeks than what was forecast in the beginning, there were no surprises with pricing at the end, and we were very pleased with the end results. Would highly recommend this team.

We were pressed on time. Charles, Bing and his team renovated our kitchen from ground up in 2 weeks and it was all ready before thanksgiving in 2020
Their team is very fast and did the thorough job. The crew came on time and even worked on Sundays to do the work including Demolition, counter top, cabinet, paint, plumbing, finishing touches. Bing supervised the job and we are very happy with the fully renovated kitchen.

The crew wore masks at all times which kept everyone safe.

We used Z design construction in our previous home too for kitchen renovation. Highly recommend them to anyone and we have recommended them to our friends in the past and our friends have hired them and were happy with the results :)
