Will did a fabulous job installing a security door with a complicated, off-size door frame. He had to cut and file metal bolts and do additional carpentry work to get it to fit just right. Detail-oriented, polite and patient, he refused to charge extra and stuck to his original price, even though he had to make 2 extra trips!
