Very unpleasant experience. Made an appointment to evaluate work that I wanted done. Bruce showed up 90 minutes after the appointment time. Didn't even bother to call to inform me he was delayed. After he looked at the job he told me to buy some supplies and we set up a new appointment for the next week. Again after waiting for him to arrive for over 30 minutes I called him and told him that I was tired of waiting for him and not to come.
In summary, his disregard for the customers time is not an acceptable business practice and is very unprofessional.
