Orlando really came through for us on Christmas Eve. He squeezed us in his busy schedule so that we could have power on Christmas. Orlando went above and beyond and even helped us resolve existing electrical issues. His attention to detail is phenomenal and work quality is second to none.

Orlando was very friendly, personable, and patient through it all. To top it all off, his pricing was very reasonable. An easy five-star experience all around from the first phone call to final work product. It is so hard to find this level of service these days and I feel very fortunate to have found Yireh Electric.

I am writing of my experience so far with Yireh Electric, because as a potential customer, I would have liked to be alerted to 2 things.

I asked Orlando for an itemized firm price to upgrade my 1949 circuit box to 200 amp. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS, he came, and also suggested re-wiring the entire house, going from room-to-room to inspect and make suggestions. So then I requested 2 itemized bids, one for the box upgrade and one for the house.

More than a week later, I'm still waiting for the itemized bid I requested, with one communication from him a few days ago ""I haven't forgotten about you.""

I am ready to get my project going, but would advise potential customers that: (1) It could take several days before you see him to inspect your project, and (2) Over a week to get an itemized bid.

All other professionals I've hired here were able to schedule their inspections within a day and handed me their itemized bids before leaving. ""Itemized"" is important to compare what each pro promises to do for your job.

If these 2 elements of Yireh's business were as professional as his work, I would consider altering this review.

LATER TODAY: I received his itemized price after sharing this review with potential customers, and it is 10% more than the verbal quote he gave me before leaving. I consider this ""Alert #3"" to potential customers. I feel it is important that a pro remember his exact verbal quote (like writing it down) before increasing it by 10% it on paper.

I just had Orlando install some high voltage lines for some new appliances in my garage. This is the second time I've asked him to do electrical work and I was just as impressed as my first time. Not only was he and his crew quick and friendly but he also provided recommendations for other improvements that I had not considered.

We are happy with the job Yireh Electric did changing out our outdated electric panel and installing a solar ready panel. Orlando communicated everything about the job clearly and took time to answer all our questions. He's very knowledgeable about all the issues an old house could have and also disconnected an outdated outdoor outlet and installed a new one for us.

I found this company through Yelp and read some really strong reviews. We were in need of immediate service because we heard some crackling noises coming from one of our outlets. Sometimes I'm skeptical of reviews when they're all 5 stars, but after having dealt with Orlando and the amazing service he provided, I would personally give him 10 stars if I could. He was fully booked for the day but because this was a potential fire safety issue and the outlet was in my daughter's room, Orlando offered to troubleshoot and resolve the issue over the phone. I've been in customer service for over 20+ years, and he is the true definition of customer service in my opinion. He genuinely cared, was very detailed and attentive, and is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Based on my own personal experience, I would highly recommend Orlando and his company for any of your electrical needs. I already have his number saved in my contacts and he'll also be my ""go-to"" electrician like someone else said in their review. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again Orlando!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Orlando recently when he came by to provide an estimate for some electrical work at our house. As I walked him through our proposed plans, he provided excellent feedback/suggestions on not just the electrical scope, but other areas of renovation as well. He talked about feasibility, whether he thought certain things were worthwhile to do or not, and other valuable tips to help us avoid being ripped off. It is obvious how knowledgeable and passionate he is about his work.

Orlando was extremely good in follow-up communications and ultimately provided a very reasonable estimate for the job. He also made it clear that even if we ended up choosing a different electrician, he was more than willing to answer questions we might have (as a second opinion), since he just genuinely wanted to help. He is seriously that AWESOME.

We called him and he showed up on short notice to install 3 ceiling fans. He charged us what he quoted and he also recommended upgrading our light fixtures to energy saving fixtures which we will most likely do with him. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm so thankful Orlando and the family were able to work on our 1930s home. Their attention to detail, the genuine care, dedication to the craft, and professionalism made updating the house so much less stressful. They rewired the whole property, removed all the old knob and tube wiring and junction box, installed a new electrical panel, new light fixtures, sockets, attic fan, bathroom fan, outdoor lights, 240v outlets for the kitchen and laundry room, and prepared us for whatever we might need in the future. After all that work, they handled the city permits and inspections, patched up all the holes that were made in the plaster, and left the place in great shape. During the project Orlando was very accommodating to the needs of how my partner and I envisioned living in the house and made so many great suggestions for how we could make things more comfortable or logical when laying out the plans. Yireh Electric is the absolute best and I wouldn't use anyone else.
