I needed to have the pump replaced in my dishwasher when the appliance repairman showed my a photo he took underneath it showing burned insulation around the major power line to it! He made us turn off the circuit to it and call an electrician right away because it was such a fire hazard. I saw Sam's 5 star reviews on Yelp and took a chance. Sam was able to come within 2 days and he had quite a job to cut a hole in the floor, run wiring to an alternate location, replace the outlet, fix the floor, etc.. Sam is a GREAT guy and very conscientious! His price was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took.
