No stars. Alex and Jamie did not complete the deal. I think they are thieves and liars. I gave them money for a used generator to be delivered. Excuses all along the way for 8 weeks, and then more promises of a refund. The listed person at the Company Jamie took my money for generator. When it was not delivered she refused a refund stating she didn't have the money. (actually she said ""What do you want me to do? Pull it out of my ass?)
They stopped answering my phone calls. Just a really bad experience. Their word and promises mean nothing.

In all fairness Mr Welder you promised us repair work for under $1000 and billed us for $2500. You lost parts of the generator enclosure that cannot be replaced. The enclosure did not fit back into place like it originally did the doors dont work and there's no way to keep vermin out since you lost the parts. The spray paint job looks like your kid did it. It was an embarrasment putting this back together next to the quality of home it was located at. Our job price didnt increase due to the size of the customers home nor should yours have. Having your family your wife your sister in law etc conduct a smear campaign is tactless. Do a better job next time. and NO THERE ARE NO Police reports. dont be a dirtbag.
