We did an over the phone encounter. These guys are so knowledgeable. This guy walked me through every wire and knew where every wire was without even being here. I broke my circuit breaker switch. I called Yellow Electric because they had the best reviews. Tony was able to come out the same day that I called him to put in a replacement switch which was better than the one that broke and it was the same price.
I also got a quote from him on installing a 50 amp plug for our tiny house (a big RV plug). His price was hundreds of dollars better than the next best electrician on the list. He was able to schedule me in for about a week or so later. His guys were right on time and worked very hard on it for many hours in the drizzling rain but were very nice and professional the whole time. We had a little confusion with the plug but it turned out to be the correct one installed. The confusion turned out to be on my end after some further research but Tony didn't charge me until we were sure that what they had installed was correct. And that was about a week later and he didn't even contact me about it. I called him to pay for the installation once I knew what we had was right.
We did have one issue with the new 50 amp breaker about a week after it was installed. apparently one of the two switches (50 amps are double breakers) wasn't working properly. Half our house was off. lol. Tony and his guys were able to get out the next day to check it out. They got it fixed pretty quick but Tony wanted a more thorough check and sure enough it turned out that the breaker was bad. They switched it out with another brand new breaker, and worked for many hours to make sure it was all working properly. They did all of this at no charge and just said to let them know if it happened again and they'd come back out.
I can't recommend Tony and his team highly enough. They're great. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable and professional electrician, look no further. Tony at Yellow Electric is your guy!

Believe all the wonderful comments about Yellow Electric. While visiting my elderly aunt in Victorville, the power to her kitchen went out. The breaker was not tripped, so it appeared to be a problem with the wiring or a bad circuit. I looked on Yelp and saw glowing reviews about Tony and Yellow Electric.
I called Tony and he took the time to have me check a couple of things to see if we could avoid the expense of a home visit. Many contractors would not have taken the time to extend that courtesy. Unfortunately, we determined a home visit was needed. Since we were able to run the fridge from a different outlet, we asked him to come the next morning at 8am.
Tony arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (a bad main circuit outside the home.) Also, he noticed a gas leak near the bad breaker, so we called the homeowners association and they sent someone out immediately.
The good news...Since my aunt lives in a home with association fees for outside services, the repairs for the gas regulator and main breaker were covered by the association. Since Tony did not have to make any repairs, he charged my aunt a discounted fee that was about 40% off his basic fee.
Tony was polite, patient, and professional. Tomorrow, I fly home to the east coast. The next time I need an electrician, I hope I find one as honest and professional as Tony.

Tony was super polite and super helpful. I had a family member try to fix my breaker and take my outlets apart to find some bad wiring but tony found the problem right away and was able to fix it. He quoted me for another job and I will definitely be using his services again!

I can't say enough positive about this company. Had an issue at my electrical panel. Tony was there that day. Gave me options on the best fix and what made the most sense for the current situation.
