They are doing work on our house right now. While I undertand they must run into issues with electricity (I can't even imagine) one of the guys here just goes ""Motherf*cker""...I don't mind cursing but don't feel it should be done around clients? We have wooden stairs and they left literal indentions/scratches (about ten of them total, one is an actual gash) that's going to be a financial lift for us to replace. They also left the place filthy dirty with dirt, soot and bootprints all over the house that we had to clean up after. Once again, I get it gets messy but there was not even one ounce of effort to clean up. I will never use this company again and am so incredibly dissapointed we used them.

Nice group of electricians to work with. Maybe a little pricey but very worth it, high quality and thorough.

I've hired Ybarra electric several times to fix various wiring around my house.
They have solved every problem from replacing an amp switch on my box connected to the AC, to installing outlets and problem shooting a motion detector light outside. Highly recommended.

Horrible Driver! This company has received multiple reviews on the horrible driver and they haven't fixed the problem.... imagine how they're going to do business.. Beware on Road! Hey next time you decide to drive around like a d*****bag -tailgating people, aggressively passing them so close that you almost take out their side mirrors maybe you shouldn't use your company truck! it's not very smart and maybe you should also consider that the world doesn't revolve around you. Just sayin
UPDATE: apparently I'm not the only person who feels this way

I've used Ybarra electric on 4 major house remodels and lots of small jobs too. Robert and his crew have always done great work and When I have small complaints they fix them hassle free. I recommend using them if you get the chance. They stand by their work for sure.

As below, one of the employees was driving like a maniac in the company truck and nearly caused several accidents in the brief time I was driving near by. By chance, I actually need an electrician but will certainly not be taking my business to some one so reckless and inconsiderate.

Robert quickly troubleshooted and diagnosed several ongoing electrical issues (bad plugs and light switch issues) we've been putting off. He arrived promptly and took time to clearly explain repairs and answer questions. Pricing was very competitive and so happy we went with him out of the three estimates obtained. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend.

This guy tailgated me in a company truck @ 360/Mopac this morning, then honked at me at least 4 times, which caused my niece who was in the car to start crying. I have been in Austin for 14 years and have never experienced this kind of road rage. If my encounter this morning is a reflection of how this guy does business with his customers, I would STAY FAR AWAY!!!

These guys are amazing!! I own a food truck, so does my sis and so does my momma. When we are in a bind these dudes are always available to dig us out of whatever hole we seem to be in at a great rate.

Thanks Ybarra!!
You guys rock!!!!

What a disappointment! I called and scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am of the next week. On the day of the appointment, I waited till 9:15 to call and check status since I hadn't heard anything. Robert said someone should be calling me in the next 30 minutes to let me know where they were. I still don't know what the confusion was, because we HAD an appointment. At 10 am, someone called wanting to know what the appointment was for, which was frustrating because I had already explained twice what I needed. After explaining my electrical problem again, the man said he had one more appointment ahead of me and then would head over. I explained that I had been waiting since 8:30 am for my appointment. He said he had no knowledge of my appointment, but would try to get to me by 1 pm. At noon he called back saying he couldn't make it. We set an appointment for 10 am the following Monday...

At 10:30 am that Monday, I called to check status since I had not hear from anyone. I left a message and never heard back.

After wasting my time for several hours, on two different days, they should be paying me the $75 an hour.
