this is the reason you can't trust anybody! xtra mile tried to trick me into buy this thermostat for $279 dollars from them i went on amazon and bought the exact same one for $36 dollars i will never ever use them again!!! the tech michael start setting me up when he first got there saying that mr insurance will not cover the thermostat!!!!! i got suspicious then.he called my insurance (not in front of me) and she called me right away with that price $279 i told her absolutely positively no way im going to pay 8x more for that cheap ass thermostat i went to home depot and bought one for $32 and had it installed by a electrician for $50!!!! please do your home work when it comes to this company!!!! ANYONE THAT WILL CONCEDER USING THEL .... DON'T!!!!

I had an amazing tech come to my house today Brent. It was supposed to be a simple check up tuneup. He informed me that my waterlines were backwards and asked me if I had any problems since I had the unit which was installed by his company since then I've had two other inspections and tuneups and no one has mentioned it. it seem to be not an easy job. I was not thoroughly happy. I had to cancel an 11 o'clock appointment because it took him many many hours to fix it but on his part we thank him on the other side. I don't understand how no one has notified me, and how initially could be installed properly.

First, my technician, K. Lopez, is very courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable. The problem is that the Daikin AC system I have owned for 5 years has had numerous problems. This time the blower motor crashed. We were without AC for a week during 100 plus degree temps.
Not happy with this system.

I had a problem with humidity in my apartment. They came. They fixed it with a new thermostat check on humidity and keep the humidity corrected, but there was a little problem with it this morning and they came out this afternoon and fix the problem without any trouble, I recommend exile to anybody.
