I have an annual contract - my kitchen faucet had a very small drip. Their service person came - the estimate was $750.00 for a new faucet including installation. Or $350.00 if I provided the new faucet. So I called another plumbing company. In 15 minutes the person fixed the problem by tightening something that was loose. He fixed it on the spot & charged $150.00 service charge. He said the faucet is perfectly good but that this one thing sometimes gets loose. No big deal!
Do not hire Xtra Mile because they will rip you off. I call this FLEECING.

Extremely upset with this company. I have vents that have black spots all over my house. Was told by NUMEROUS vendors it was because the UV light I was sold by XtraMile for $1,000 (!!!!!!!!) wasn't working and was a bulb that you can get at home depot for $70. When I spoke to him, his tone was rude and un-helpful. The man who came out to my house previously for a routine checkup said he could clean the ducts for ANOTHER $1,000. I said no thank you and went online and found various companies that do it for $100!!!!!!! This company is a major rip off. I paid over $8,000 for an HVAC system for a 2/2. What a joke. Please learn from my mistake.

Hands up, I'm embarrassed to say this was my fault. That is it was an unnecessary trip caused entirely by your truely but , gratefully Mr. Garcia explained how I had caused the problem and gave me a great tip for the future.
