Erin and Daniel did a great job making sure everything in our house was safe. From servicing/fixing electrical panel, installing GFIs, replacing outlets that weren't working to repairing electrical work in the ceiling fans since the prior owner thought he was an electrician. Thank you!

Disappointed... I called this morning looking for an electrician to come to my home. I spoke with Erin and she said she would call me back in just a little while to let me know if someone could come out today. I called at 7:49 am. At 9 am I called back and the receptionist said that Erin wasn't answering her phone but that she would pass on my message. It's 10 am now, no call. Let's just say I'm not impressed. If you can't do the work... Say so, I will move on. Ask me to wait a little while, so you can check your schedule ok... But 2 hours? Ridiculous!! Also just now Daniel your electrician called and said no one can make it today. Ok, this was my sign to move on... Just wish I had done it an hour ago.

Erin at Xelectrix was awesome. I had a plumber tell me my garbage disposal was broken due to a short in the electrical switch so I called around and decided to go with Xelectrix. Erin was extremely professional and her response time was almost immediate. Within one minute she determined that there was nothing at all wrong with my disposal OR my electrical switch, showed me how it all worked under the sink and since she was there less than 5 minutes, she shook my hand and didn't charge me. Who does that? I will call her for any electrical issue we ever have in the future. She rocks.

Our lights were shutting off in parts of the house and Christmas was just a week away. We were afraid to put up our lights, but XELECTRICX fit us in! A lady met my husband, looked at the fuse box, found & explained the problem, gave a quote - with cost of permits. When we called back to schedule they were all booked. Daniel called us right back and squeezed us in. He reassessed the problem, explained the problem in detail and had a solution that would save us a great deal...a great gift for the holidays. But he explained both options and encouraged us to save the money until we were ready to make a costly investment. Daniel understands that this kind of honesty and great service builds permanent customers. We are so glad we did not go with the other electricians. Xelecticx is it for us!

My dryer went out and I needed an electrician right away; so we looked them up on Yelp. Daniel, from Xelectix, returned my call and was out to my house by the end of the day; this was right before Christmas and raining. He fixed the issue that day. We had him come back after the holidays (we were not available before that, even tho he checked with us) to install new circuit breakers (ours were obviously old with sponginess to a coulpe). He replaced them and charged us for one call. The over-all price was reasonable too. A very considerate person, also. I recommed this company.

Called Xelectrix based on their Yelp ratings and was not disappointed. Thank you Yelpers! We upgraded our electrical panel from 100AMP to 200AMP for our rental property. Price quoted was reasonable considering how busy Daniel schedule was, and he was able to accommodate my request as well. Talked to Daniel on Wed. Next day he started the permit process with SMUD. It took 3-4 business days to obtain a permit and inspection prior to work being started. Once we received the green light from SMUD, they started the project next day, Wed. Daniel called and chatted with me every steps of the process. It took about 2 solid weeks from start to finish. I'm happy with the work done and will use Xelectric again in the future.

I found this company here on Yelp and called them up for an issue with our kitchen lighting. They answered right away and came the next day.

Daniel was extremely friendly and professional. He came by and solved the problem in less than a half hour, then offered to only charge me half of the minimum rate since it ended up being a simple fix.

Overall my problem was simple but the solution was quick, easy and extremely satisfying. I will definitely call again with our next electric problem.
