We have had a contract with Xcaliber Services for several years. They have always been prompt and courteous. Their prices can be a little steep, but they have been honest and upfront when we have needed repairs or maintenance. Recently our AC unit fan stopped working. Our unit is aging so they offered us different options for what we could do. We weighed our bank account and our needs and they came up with a solution that we could live with and that would keep our unit working until we could justify purchasing a new one.

I set up an appointment to have my air ducts cleaned. They canceled on me at 2:30 pm after waiting on them all day. Even spoke to Daniel Peoples who assured me they were stopping for lunch then on their way. Only to be called by the office and told their equipment was stolen. They offered me 250.00 off the service but of course I haven't heard back about rescheduling. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

Ben and team with Excalibur Services are excellent to work with. What I love best about them is that they are willing to work with us on our healthy home needs. They are also happy to research appropriate HVAC equipment for those with allergies or sensitivities. I love their coupons too.

All the guys that I interacted with from Xcalibur were very generous and thorough with fixing up our HVAC a bit. They cleaned out the ducts, and installed a few IAQ products in just about 3 hours. They were very good about wearing masks/gloves/shoe covers. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.
