Xavier installed our bath fan and we thought his price was better than others. However he did not come off very professional. When he came he was 30 minutes late without notification. We asked him to put on shoe covers and he was reluctant but did so anyway - he did walk outside without removing them which defeats the purpose. We asked him to install a timer switch that we purchased and he tried but said it has insufficient watts. The issue is he ripped off the ground wire from the timer switch so we cannot return it. He also did not return my text message after his job is done answering a question I had about the electrical switch for the fan. The fan works fine but I was hoping for more professionalism.

Xavier has helped me out numerous times over the years ranging from stopping an electrical current running through my kitchen sink water. I would literally be washing a pan with water running. And I had a small current running through my fingers. He fixed that. My next house he installed some beautiful led lighting for me. And just recently he reworded some electrical in my bathrooms to accommodate new light fixtures. Always a breeze with this guy. 5 stars!

Whichever worker was in Livermore on New Years Eve needs to take his issues with his employee/employer elsewhere. While working in my front yard with my son I heard 2 men arguing with each other at a remodel going on in the neighborhood. Arguing is one thing but the vulgarity and complete disrespect for the neighbors in the court was completely unprofessional.
Poor representation of the company and a lack of consideration for all those around.
If you have an issue with your employee take it up on your own turf not where are the neighborhood has to hear it.

I found Xavier Electric using the ProReferral service through Home Depot to install a ceiling fan that required running electricity from an existing source and installing a new switch. He was on time, efficient, and bid competitively. He is also a good communicator and responds promptly to inquiries, questions and explains things well.

Made an appointment for a Saturday. I called Friday to confirm. However, when Saturday came he didn't show or call to advise that he was not going to be able to make it. Poor service!!

Had a circuit board that was damaged and power was out in a few rooms in our house. Called Xavier and he arrived on time and proceeded to great job installing a new board and made sure the electricity was working properly in our house...Very professional and great at his craft.. Definitely would recommend him to anybody.

Called Xavier to replace our old FPE electric panel and to wire and install ceiling lights. He was very courteous over the phone, gave a fair estimate. Arrived on-time for the job. Did a fantastic job to cover his work area so dust and dirt would be controlled. He answered my questions and worked very efficiently. Highly recommend him.

Called Xavier to fix a wall switch & install a Dimmer Switch.

Xavier arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, re-wired the switch (from Low Voltage to High Voltage), installed the proper Dimmer Switch and it worked fine.

Minor item but worth noting: He immediately saw the double switch plate was ""off center"" and when he finished he used his 'Level' to assure it was straight across.

Other minor item was noting that the previous installed used the wrong screws (those were more suited for wall boards rather than electrical) and he installed the correct screws.

Voila!! He tested it and it worked properly.

He completed the quickly and efficiently.

We could not have been more pleased.

Would I call him again? Absolutely!!!
