As an investment property owner, promptness and quality are of extreme important especially if you want to keep good tenants and reputation. Jay was absolutely a pleasure to work with, especially since I live in California full time and deal with all of my contractors via phone. Within two days, Jay had replaced my entire AC system and hauled away the old one. I could not be happier with his service and kind demeanor.

As good as it gets! We had a complete update of our electrical panel and a central heating and air systems installed in our 1950 built house. Jay and his crew were awesome. Very professional and friendly. The work they performed looks great - both from inside the house and outside/under the house. I love it when I find someone who really takes pride in doing a job right. This crew went above and beyond - could not be happier!
