In Greenville SC: Went with Wright Electrical because of the good reviews on yelp, my mistake. Firstly, I have to take responsibility for not getting a quote upfront, lesson learned. The work was completed and the technicians were pleasant, however, the bill left me in a state of shock. The final bill was $550 for 2 hours of work installing an outside outlet, 6 feet away from the breaker box. Maybe the technicians have medical degrees that I am unaware of. Maybe the materials used were laced in gold, I can't say. Or, maybe I am just out of the loop on electrical costs in my area for 2021. In any event, that is a full week's pay for me. Ouch! I have come away from this experience feeling foolish for giving this business my very hard earned money... not the best feeling in the world, I can assure you.

Once again, good people and prompt service. This time adding a 240 volt outlet to our house for an electric car charger. Very detail focused to make sure we had the right outlet and wire to handle the load.

Stay away. I called this company based on their ratings. I had a ceiling fan install that I needed done. I called and the mans said he'd ""call me right back"" after waiting an hour with no call back I called and left a message. After waiting another hour, three hours have gone by and this time his mail box is full. Finally after FOUR hours I get them on the phone. He said it would be o e week before he could do the job, one week. Then he said I don't want to hold you up so you might want to call someone else. What a waste of my time.

They have helped us twice at our home. One time it was something small... and they didn't even charge us. The second time it was to repair some wiring in my sons room and replace a ceiling fan in my daughters room. I called on a Monday and they were able to fit me in the same week...they were fast & efficient & AFFORDABLE. The company I work for even uses them for their electrical work. They are awesome and we will definitely be using them again!

Great local business. His guys did a great job for me in replacing a ceiling fan and a wall switch. Price is good. In fact, I originally wrote a check out for the full amount, forgetting the coupon I had. When I alerted Craig Wright, he immediately sent me a check for the value of the coupon. Next time I need an electrician, Wright Electrical will be the first people I call.

We were referred to Wright Electrical by a plumber who checked our water heater when it went out, and felt that the water heater itself was fine and that the issue may be a really poor DIY wiring job connecting the water heater. Craig called when he was on the way, arrived on time, and was friendly, courteous, and easy to talk with. He was able to correct the issue and we had hot water again, however it went out again in less than 24 hours. I was easily able to reach Craig, and he attempted to help troubleshoot over the phone, however was kind enough to come back out on a Saturday morning after suspecting that the thermostat on the water heater may have gone bad. Although I suspect the thermostat was outside his scope of work, we were surprised and appreciative that he showed up with a new thermostat just in case and installed it for us, saving us another call back to the plumber and an additional wait. As new homeowners, we value his integrity and will definitely use Wright Electrical in the future!
