The electrician whose name is Cody was sosooo nice and efficient. I have a fuse or sub penal problem last night. Two of my rooms has no electricity at all( thought there was a fuse). Cody answered the call and came to check right away. Help fix it in less than TEN minutes WITHOUT charging any service fee. Super efficient.

We had a small job, new electrical plug installation and circuit breaker. Cody was able to accommodate us into his schedule the next day.
The morning of our appointment we were greeted by Austin and Rafael who following all COVID precautions were very courteous and professional. The job was promptly done, everything was left clean and tidy.

Their phone was answered on first call, and an appointment was scheduled for the estimate the next day. Adam came out right on time during some pretty bad weather, unfortunately the power was out in our whole neighborhood. He looked over the job of installing a Tesla connection in my garage and gave me an instant quote. I agreed and he told he needed to grab a component and he could do it right then! Twenty minutes later he returned and had the whole job completed within an hour! Very professional and paid attention to details while having to do an installation in those conditions. Only issue was he couldn't actually check it because of the outage but assured me he had done it correctly. When the power came back 20 hours later I checked it and it worked flawlessly, even the orientation of the socket was correct.
I highly recommend them.

Cody was our electrician for our home addition about 2 years ago. Recently, our outdoor outlets would not would. Cody came out and explained what was wrong (breaker switch was tripped). He wore a mask and overall had a great attitude as he was explaining what went wrong with the outlets.

They arrived on time wearing masks, spent a few minutes listening to my requests and then put down drop cloths and set to work, which they performed efficiently and expertly. Just had a wonderful experience with Wright Electrical to resolve a circuit breaker problem for a room with my audio-visual equipment. The electrician was dispatched professionally (with assurances from his office of his arrival time, which the electrician then confirmed en route). The electrician arrived promptly, on time, as promised, quickly diagnosed and problem, and then fixed it, at a price both reasonable and gladly accepted. Will use these services again without reservation.

Well guys, you have been very unresponsive since my first efforts through the website in late May, then with a brief but fleeting e-mail response from Leslie and Kody who promised to get back to me - but nothing...... and I was not only looking forward to using a smaller local company such as your selves, but truly getting my long-delayed electrical needs addressed. I am still without even a call or e-mail for prospective service. If COVID has shut you down, a simple call would have been nice. If you are booked out for a month, a simple call would have been nice. Well i started with YELP on this and was encouraged, but now will have to return and report our unfortunate experience, and then find someone else willing to provide service.

I called these folks a few weeks back to come provide a quote for a bunch of electrical work at my house in New Monterey.... I need a new main panel, light fixtures, 240 volt circuit for dryer, some patio lights... really a bunch of things. A nice lady answered the phone and we scheduled an appointment for 2 PM, three days hence. I had to come home early from work for this appointment but figured it was worth it because they have good reviews. Anyhow, nobody showed up. I called at 3 PM and again at 3:30 PM and nobody answered... very odd. I waited a few days and tried calling again around noon to see if I could schedule another time for my quote, left a voicemail and again no answer and no call back.
Very disappointing experience. This company is obviously very disorganized. I believe many of the positive reviews on here about this company are fake, given my poor experience.

During this current Coronavirus pandemic, we required the need of a professional electrician to come out and replace a failing Circuit Breaker Panel at one of my father-in-laws rental homes. I Googled 'best' & 'honest' electrical companies in Monterey County. At the top of that list was Wright Electrical Company of Monterey, Ca. Their reviews were all 5's, so I put my faith in them to assist my father-in-law (a retired senior}, in hopes that he would not get taken advantage of! I stayed involved throughout and can definitely say that he wasn't!!!

My initial experience began with Leslie, who provided a warm reception to my initial inquiry call! Leslie was caring, professional, and truly 'earned' my business by promising on that first call that we would indeed receive the excellent and honest service that I was looking for! I had Leslie schedule our appointment!

Assisting us on the day of our service call was 'Austin!' Austin was friendly, organized, engaging and on time! Austin didn't mind us watching his expert care and work in action, as he performed a thorough job in both detail and workmanship, all while keeping within the time frame that he had promised us!

My father-in-law was extremely happy with me for recommending Wright Electrical and I/we were definitely happy with the excellent work of Austin! I must say that I couldn't have made a better choice than Wright Electrical Company of Monterey! You should all do the same!

We will be utilizing their services in the future at all of our other properties when the needs arise! Again... Thank you!
