We were a previous customer. Will set an appointment to come by to look at an electrical issue and never showed up. He did not call to cancel or reschedule and never responded to any follow up phone calls. Would not recommend.

I had a small but critical electrical issue (GFCI outlet that was out that was causing multiple issues including internet and security issues). I looked on Next Door and had found several recommendations for Wright Electrical. I phoned and heard the message to text if needed. I texted Will and he responded immediately (I mean within a couple minutes). I advised that we needed a GFCI replacement outlet in the garage. I requested a price and availability for service. Will responded that they were headed back from Dana Point and could come by within 20 minutes. He arrived in 10-15 minutes. He and his assistant ""Jack"" arrived, replaced the outlet, and tested it in 10 minutes! They were both friendly and accommodating. Our chat was longer than the repair. I liked that they were from the area, reasonably prices, replied immediately, and were able to provide the service in record time. Thank you Will. Everything is working beautifully. My hubby has another job he wants completed in the next few months and we will call YOU!

If you need an electrician, look no further than Wright Electrical. We had 3 problems that most electricians would have billed us for 3 or more hours, in my opinion.

Will walks in and solves all three in ONE BILLABLE hour!

He had to fix a couple Electrical outlets where the screw broke off.

He had to fix three separate multiple switches circuits on one light.

Great workers came by the house to help hang a light . Could not ask for a nicer report from my wife. Being local they amused the kids with their stories of top of the world and Thurston but most of all made my wife happy get her light hung. We already called to schedule them back for more work.

Excellent immediate service! Came with an hour of my voicemail, replaced bad breaker, applied anti-corrosion to other breaker contacts and even gave me an LED replacement bulb at no cost! Highly recommended for anyone in Laguna or S OC beach areas. Great work.

We had some major ""old house"" electrical issues that required a new breaker panel and interior rewiring. Will was methodical and thorough in his evaluation, got back to us promptly with a clear estimate and gave us options that were tailored to our needs, not his. One of the biggest hurdles in the project was dealing with SDG&E for power shut off and approvals, but Will kept the pressure on, got them on track and remained flexible to get the work done on time.

One of the biggest challenges with contractors and service people is just getting a call back but Will is great at follow up and does what he says he's going to do. Can't give him anything but the highest rating!
