S P.We had a piece of equipment that needed to be fixed. They came out once, and the next day it still wasn't working. They came out again shortly after informing them it wasn't working. Another day passed by, still wasn't working. Long story short, had them come out three times, the piece still isn't working, and we got charged for all three times. Keep in mind one of their reps had informed us that if we call back for the same problem within two weeks we wouldn't get charged. We paid the first bill but tried to dispute the other two, and they just ended up sending us to collection. We paid it because it was easier, however we will never be using this company again and wouldn't recommend anybody using them. They're not good at repairing and they're dishonest.

They are all qualified to do every job but the best part about them is that they pool all their knowledge for each job and will give you a 30 day guarantee on every service they do. The reason why? Because not everyone's perfect and they make mistakes too. This is the best place to go to for every service. The cost is comparable to any serviceman but the way they approach customer service is the reason why i'll always go to The Works
