The response time was quick and Carlos took his time explaining the options for the job. There was an emergency job that came up same day but he problem solved quickly and was able to work on the emergency and still get my project done as scheduled. I had a great time working with Carlos and Working Hands Construction. Our patio/deck/stairs on our building had some rotting from water damage over the years. After our recent SoCal hurricane, the damage finally gave in and we needed to replace a main section of the stairs. I was the main point of contact and looped in my landlord once the quote was approved. I had initially requested the quote for just the damaged section, but Carlos provided a very reasonable quote to fully replace all steps and landings. We decided to move forward with the full project. He was quick to schedule the job around some of the other jobs he had and even went to get the matching paint needed for the project. Carlos and his team worked late into the night to get the project done. And sent a lot of progress photos along the way which was helpful since we were not onsite during the job. Our only nitpick would be that there was a little bit of debris left behind (assuming this was because the lighting isn't great at night and i'm sure it was hard to see after dark), however, Carlos agreed to come clean up the next day. My landlord and I both give 5 stars and would be excited to hire Carlos and his team again in the future. Thanks again for your help with the project! We are very happy.

I found my go to Handyman. I will hire him from now on . He knows what he is doing and showed up prepared to do the job. I had him change a hanging light in my stairwell. First two people showed up and they didn't have a ladder big enough. Carlos showed up prepared and completed the job in a hour. He was delayed but he communicated the whole time. Good handyman are in great demand, so I understand the short delay. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

I hired Carlos and his crew to remove some upper kitchen cabinets and under cabinet lighting due to a water leak. I was very concerned about the cabinets as the kitchen is only a few years old. Carlos was on time and he did a great job removing crown molding, cabinets etc. 5-6 weeks later I was able to have him do the re-install. Carlos and Jose did a great job. Looks perfect like nothing ever happened. They repainted the ceiling, touched up the crown molding and did a great job cleaning everything up. Carlos takes great pride in his work, and made sure that everything was right. Professional, reasonably priced, and I have already booked him for my next project.

Had the crew out to my property to install a vapor barrier in the crawlspace under our house. They were very responsive and got my project scheduled quickly. The issue I had was that there was a crack in my bathroom outside wall. I did try and patch it myself but realized quickly I was in over my head. This is when I reached out to Working Hands Construction.

Carlos and Herman were both quick to address the situation and work with me on pricing for the job. Further they gave me advice on what I did and what I can do next time if I choose to do it on my own.

Personally I will just ask them again if I have any other issues with walls in my apartment.

I had a small job of covering a crawlspace vent that was rusted out and covered with soil. They worked quickly and produced a high quality patch. Will contact them again in the future.

Was hoping for the best when I hired Carlos and his crew to do some work on my home but was extremely disappointed. Not only was I overcharged for basic work, I found one of his workers talking on the phone for over two hours while sitting on my patio furniture. Both of his workers urinated openly on my grass and garden (even when I allowed them to use the restroom in my home).

Again, extremely disappointed with the overall experience of this company and the work performed.
