Great response. Like Elliot L., I got no call back from Able's so I turned to Woo's. I got a call back later that day and although I had to wait several days for an appointment, the service call was quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Woo's Electric & Appliance is who I ended up calling after waiting 7 days for Able Appliance Repair to call me. Woo's called me back the same day and scheduled me the very next day. Did a great job too. And they fixed my dryer for less than Able would have charged. Don't waste your time, just call Woo's.

We have utilized Marvin many times over the years and have been extremely satisfied with his work and fairness. From fixing appliances to wiring a new 220volt plug-in for a 2nd dryer he's been great. Just called this am for help with a vessel refrigerator that's not cooling and got a message that he's booked 2 weeks out. Shoots, now I've got to call around and go with someone new.

Our dryer broke and we called Woo Appliance repair based on reviews from Yelp. They did not disappoint. When we called they were booked out a week. But then we received a call from Marvin asking if he could come that day because he finished another job early. About 30 minutes later and our dryer was fixed. Can't beat that. Stop looking around and just call this company.

Given the positive reviews on Yelp, we called to have our ice maker repaired. At the time of scheduling the appointment, Woo Appliance explained that there would be a $68 charge to inspect the problem and parts and labor would be separate. This is the industry standard, but their service rate of $68 is relatively cheaper than what I paid from other appliance repair companies. Therefore, we scheduled the repair and the technician showed up on time. The technician was professional and took about an hour to thoroughly inspect our broken ice maker. He stated that we needed to purchase a new motor for the ice maker but the cost of $260 and the older age of our refrigerator should be a consideration before we repaired.

The technician provided objective information and never pushed us to do the repair. In the end, we happily paid the $68 and decided not to do the repair. Nonetheless, Woo's Electrical and Appliance earned my trust with the fair service charge and factual feedback. I will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

After reading the bad review, I felt I had to do a review also. Have had Marvin come out several times for different problems and every time his work has been quick and very reasonable. Nice to have someone you can trust to do good work and not try to rip you off.

I needed someone to come out and service my refrigerator. Marvin was the only one who returned my call. Before scheduling an appointment, Marvin had me check and do a few things that might fix the problem.
What a classy person, he could have made a service call and charged me for something I could have repaired myself.
When the problem persisted, he scheduled a time to come to my home.
On the day of the appt, his associate had the courtesy to call and inform me that he was running 20 minutes late.
