We just bought our new condo in downtown Long Beach and ran into some lighting problems when we tried installing updated fixtures. We called Woofter Electric on Sunday afternoon and they made a next-day appointment. Ben was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Within a half hour, both light fixtures were up and he even provided an estimate for installing a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The cost? Excellent service and communication! I was having a few kitchen appliances on the same breaker going on and off and I found Ben on yelp. He answered my call and helped with the problem very promptly. During his investigation everything looked okay and so we decided he would come back when there was more time to look into the kitchen wiring. Whatever he did inspecting the breakers must have worked! The problem hasn't happened again and we agreed to further investigate if it became an issue again. He didn't even charge me for the first inspection! There's no way I'd use or refer anyone else! He was honest and excellent!

Woofter Electric is skilled, reliable, safe, honest, goes the extra mile... I couldn't ask for anything more in an electrician. I had an outlet that mysteriously stopped working and Ben didn't have an opening in his schedule but he made time to come over after his other appointments. It was an extremely hot day, he was probably hungry because it was dinnertime, but he spent almost a couple hours fixing the problem and didn't leave until it was done right. Whats worse than doing work on your house? When it gets out of control and becomes a hassle and super confusing. Lets just say my grandpa isnt as handy as he thinks. A couple days ago he shocked himself. My poor grandma just wanted it done. It had been a two year weekend project.

Thats when a friend recommended woofter electric. (I was going to offer my husband to my grandparents but hes not a professional) I was a little skeptical at first because the company only had few reviews and they were five stars. Going on my friend Tiff's word I called. A man named ben returned my call promptly about 15 minutes later. He was kind and asked about the the problems and said he would come take a look that next day (unheard of lol) and give them an estimate. He explained that he's a Licensed and Bonded Full Service Electrical Contracting company specializing in commercial, residential and industrial power systems. Sounds perfect to me!

About 24 hours later he come and took a look at the wiring in the kitchen and in our back inclosed patio. (which i will say is very mickey mousy due to the fact that its over 60 years old and my great grandfather built that add on). He had the wiring fixed in under a couple hours which was awesome. I was hoping it wasnt an all day event (hey, i got things to do, like shopping!) he was very reasonable priced. The best part was his customer service skills, he was extremely professional and I would def call him back for any other problems we encounter.

After the job was complete he gave me his business card and I checked out their website. I was impressed that they cover such a large area. Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Orange, San Diego, and Riverside Counties. (Thats a lot of driving!)
