I wouldn't consider this company unless you had no other options. Overall, very friendly. Communication is very poor, however. The owner was quick to come out for an estimate but only a fraction of the work was performed within a month or so. I followed up on the estimate and reception explained a line item incorrectly so I paid nearly $600 for them to 'inspect' the outlets in my home. I would have declined that service had I known this was the case. When the technician showed up it was clear that he had not been briefed on the job. Very nice guy and seemed to do a good job as well. I was charged another $300ish for him to tell me that there was power to the microwave. I was aware of this, rather I wanted to know why the microwave was tripping the breaker during each use. Owner (Joel) was indifferent about the miscommunication on his end. Anyway, shame on me, I will get specific work to be performed in writing when quote is vague next time.

Joel, the owner, came out initially to give me an estimate on putting in a dedicated appliance circuit for a new electric range. He was able to give me several options and go over the pros and cons. It was easy to set up an appointment, and he was on time and got an estimate to me quickly. The technicians were going to be slightly delayed (only 30 minutes), but the office staff was really good about calling to let me know, which I appreciated a lot. They braved the summer weather up in the attic and did a great job putting in the circuit. The permitting could have gone a little smoother; the appointment got scheduled after the completion of the job and there was some sort of confusion between them and the inspector that came out, but all in all the work passed the inspection without any problems.

This team- Joel and his superhero assistant Justine, are absolutely amazing to work with. Joel bid on some electrical outlets and a new panel for my older remodel. The price point was very good but more than that, his team knows older Davis homes. Things were seamless - even with a few glitches on paint - all in the middle of a pandemic when it was difficult to
get city permits snd PGandE approvals. Because
of COVID delays in getting permitted, the job took a little longer. Now that they are finished, I will truly miss working with with this sweet and competent team of professionals.

The electricity in my garage went out on Christmas Day - which also meant no power to my refrigerator, wifi and hot water. They responded quickly to the Yelp request and offered to come quickly (I had long extension cords though so scheduled for the day after). Fortunately it was a simple issue which they quickly resolved in under 15 minutes.

Woodland Electrical Enterprises emailed me this estimate wanting $785. to simply install an outlet for an electric dryer that is less than 45 ft away from the panel. The panel had enough room for the outlet to be added...where an old wall heater had been removed. The home has a very easily accessible crawl space and is located 45 minutes or so from the city in which the company is located. I think they attempted to take advantage of a woman who they thought wouldn't know any better when it comes to the average prices for these types of services. What do you guys think???

We had Woodland Electrical out to test some plugs that were having issues and a circuit breaker that kept going off, they were thorough with their inspection and figured out what needed fixing. During that process we had them give us an estimate for adding a ceiling fan to our back patio and then we ended up having them install one a few weeks later, they did a great job and we used the heck out of that fan this summer. I highly suggest their services, fair priced, good customer service and friendly.

Used this company to install a 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet for an electric vehicle charger. Joel was able to give a quote and install within a couple of days. The install price was reasonable and comparable to other quotes I received. Joel was easy to work with and accommodating with appointment times.
