Terrible!! Avoid them. They failed to provide an estimate, broke our lights during inspection and left lights hanging from ceiling. Lift was left at site for months and charged for work they simply didn't do.

The day of the work serviceman showed up to the house on time and looked at the outlets. It took him a few minutes to find the problem, and quickly quoted me what it would cost to fix. The work needed to be done, so I accepted the quote and the work began.

My house is older, so grounding these outlets actually meant installing two new outlets and adding another breaker to my box. The work included getting under the house to run all the wiring, which is not small feat at my place!

The work was completed quickly, and the areas were cleaner after the work than before.

I plan on using them again for some additional work we found while this job was being completed.

Incorrectly billed our property so the $187.00 invoice was delay in payment. Charged a $500 fee for filing a lien. This is being disputed in court. Do not use this company.

A branch blew out of a tree, downed the electric service to our house. Now, that's a panic situation -- no A/C! We called Wood Electrical Service, and we got a quote for the work. Now, this requires a permit ($200), a city inspection, calls to Centerpoint to reconnect, etc. The price quoted to us was lower than any others we had received, so we went with Wood Electrical Services. Come to find out later, the service person quoted an incorrect price; however, Mr. Ronnie Wood, head of the company, stood behind his person's quote. Mr. Wood called to update me on the work progress and the next steps. I cannot say enough about the integrity and ethics of Wood Electrical Services. I was kept informed of the work, necessary steps, and what I needed to do. I highly recommend these people.
