We scheduled an appointment with Alex to get an estimate for an EV charger installation. We agreed upon a date and time. We sent a confirmation email. He never showed for the appointment. No call, no communication. Very unprofessional. Left us hanging and with no time to find another electrician during this trip. Do yourselves a favor and find a reputable company. Don't waste your time with Woo Electric.

We are very pleased with Woo Electric. They did a number of smaller projects for us. They were able to be at our home quickly and get the jobs done efficiently. They were very good at getting the work done without causing the need for any touch up work to our walls.
