I left a message and emailed them 2x regarding a job they did incorrectly per 2 other licensed electricians. They never returned my call nor did they email me back so unfortunately I have to resort to YELP and all other social media sites to get the word out about these guys. Sure, they were nice when they were hired for the job originally but in the end their follow through is terrible. All I want is my money back because the job they did was a complete fire hazard according to 2 other licensed electricians. Thankfully, nothing happened and we were able to undo their mistakes and repair it properly. I will never ever use them again nor would I refer them to anyone. Buyer beware!

Well. What to say. They did a decent job -- after a fashion. Took awhile to get the ok from the insurance company, but could I EVER get them to return a phone call? NO! They simply do not communicate effectively. Now, about 3 weeks later, I am STILL waiting for a callback from 2 weeks ago. Guess that's too much to ask...

Matt and Scott worked on our electric today and me and my husband absolutely appreciated their work. We only had a minor electric problem but had asked them to come a little bit later than our schedule in to which they had no problems accommodating.

My husband had a question regarding our outlets and without hesitation, they answered and they gave good insights on to what our options are.

I highly recommend going with this company.

My home warranty company sent Woo Brothers out. The technician was AWESOME! I almost wish it was an electrical problem and not an HVAC bc these guys were great!!! Will def keep them in mind for any electric needs in the future!

The one thing the Woo brothers had going for them was that they were very friendly and fun to have around. We laughed a lot during the few days they spent on the job. They put in a new main panel for us, laid 250v line to the laundry room and installed floor outlets in the living room.
Unfortunately the floor outlets only work with a few select plugs because they are round and too small to fit most regular rectangular plugs. We spent a lot of money on those and they are an ongoing problem.
When we had a different, local electrician come out at a later point he let us know that what the Woos did installing the panel was not high quality work. He didn't go into specifics (and I really am no expert in electrical installations at all), saying, he hates putting down somebody else's work, but he was not thrilled with what he saw and had to work to fix some mistakes made. We paid a fortune for the panel and installation, so that was a real disappointment. 250v works fine, no complaints there. Overall, though, I have lost trust in the Woos and would not recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. I had numerous electrical issues, including multiple outlets that wouldn't work and faulty switches. This company was a preferred provider with my home warranty company, and they scheduled me a visit right away. Ed and Gabe arrived on time and were amazing!! Top notch and very knowledgeable. They had all the parts and supplies they needed and fixed all my issues on their very first visit. They even got my ceiling fans to start working, and they haven't worked in years!

On time, fast work, great price, great guy! I was very impressed with the care and skill taken to install an over-the-stove hood. I'm calling them of all future electric problems!

Total customer service!!!! Showed up within a couple hours of the phone call, considerate of heart patient in the home. Explained in detail the problem, took time to make sure it was right and that I understood.

Competition (Turner Electric) put me off for 10 days, never gave appt. time, and only voice mail when called.

I had a bad experience with Woo Brothers, similar to another reviewer. I too, went through my home warranty. The man who came out was nice, but he barely looked into my problem. We were having a problem with our electricity in our garage. The GFI was fine for 2 years, then suddenly was tripping (not at the breaker, at the GFI outlet). We replaced the GFI, but no improvement. Woo Brothers looked at the replaced GFI said the GFI outlet was fine and was installed correct, but it was likely a circuit overload. Problem with that theory is I had one thing plugged in-a sprinkler timer. I ruled out that the sprinkler timer was not the issue, as plugging in an alarm clock was still tripping the GFI. He told me that when you overload a circuit it will damage the wiring over time. Only option was to rewire the entire garage. Fidelity then proceeded to deny my claim and would not let me have a second opinion, because this guy is an ""expert"". Well, in speaking with a second electrician, it turns out that wires are not damaged because of an overload, and that we would not need to re-wire the garage. Likely, there is one faulty outlet. Rather than check and replace faulty outlets, he just left and never even looked into possible solutions to my problem. I hate giving bad reviews on Yelp, but I'm so disappointed with the service the company provided to me, and that he fed me incorrect information. It was really just laziness to me. A way for him to quickly collect his service fee and get on to the next appointment.
