So if you go through First American Home Warranty and have a problem with your electrical, these guys are definitely against you and working for the home warranty company. We were having issues with our main panel with arcing within the breakers, power going on and off. The home warranty sent their first Electrician out who included the panel works intermittently and end it up placing one breaker saying it was fixed. We hired another Electrician, due to the same issue and he didn't fix the problem. We pushed back on the home warranty company and they sent Woo Brothers Electric out, who in return wrote up a report saying we overloaded the panel and were misusing it, so they denied the claim. So when my husband told me the Electrician gave him a different story never mentioning ""OVERLOAD"" it made sense that they were in fact working for the insurance company, not for the consumer to help us with our fire hazard to the point our house could potentially be in fire danger. This Electrician didn't even ask if there was a sub-panel that was located inside the garage, which is what hold the amps to the interior of our home, not to mention if anyone had ""common sense"" people are working during the day, not using all their appliances at once, nor are the lights on during the day when you have enough outside light. So these guys fail in my book and they don't even respond when you leave them a message.

Fast to fix my electrical problems! Both men were friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. The electricity went out in my back room and they replaced the problem outlet and a light switch. They made sure the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend them!

I left a message and emailed them 2x regarding a job they did incorrectly per 2 other licensed electricians. They never returned my call nor did they email me back so unfortunately I have to resort to YELP and all other social media sites to get the word out about these guys. Sure, they were nice when they were hired for the job originally but in the end their follow through is terrible. All I want is my money back because the job they did was a complete fire hazard according to 2 other licensed electricians. Thankfully, nothing happened and we were able to undo their mistakes and repair it properly. I will never ever use them again nor would I refer them to anyone. Buyer beware!
