Rick was amazing. He was able to figure out the issue we were having with a three way switch that three other electricians were not interested in trying to fix. This is an old house that has had a lot of remodeling. Our front outside lights could only be turned off at the breaker. We tried every switch we could find and nothing would work. Rick found out that there was an issue with the wiring so he added a smart switch and disabled the other two switches. He found one switch that controlled the lights by removing the faceplate, reconnecting the switch that was disconnected, then also disconnecting the third switch. Now the lights can be controlled with Alexa.
