Amazing responsiveness to a dire need (sump pump wasn't running for days due to electrical outlet not working...about to overflow any moment...).

Wolfgang Buck is awesome. The electricity went out, and I was running low on all sorts of batteries (cell phone etc.). I have a senior dog and couldn't really go anywhere, especially in the rain and during a pandemic. My partner called Wolfgang, told him it was an emergency, and Wolfgang came within twenty minutes and fixed the issues in less than twenty minutes. His rates were also super fair. He's on speed-dial now.

I have used W. Buck electric for two jobs...one at the adoration chapel at St. Hilary Church and the other at my home (because I was pleased with the quality of work on the first job). Wolfgang came himself and reviewed the extensive work that needed to be done on the chapel and made constructive suggestions and ways to save money. His employee Jose was prompt, and efficient. I cannot say that they are the least expensive, but the quality of the work justifies their costs. I have no problem with the fees and will hire them again in the near future. RLM.
