Brian and his team were excellent! Brian was very responsive and immediately got me on his schedule for a consultation and then for the repairs I needed. His team arrived to complete the repairs on time and masked.

They adjusted quickly when they realized more components needed replacing than originally thought, and made a quick trip to the store to get what I needed. They even quickly assessed and fixed another switch I joked about not working since I moved into my current home. I have nothing but glowing things to say about this company and its people. The price for their professionalism and efficiency was absolutely worth the value.

I highly recommend Wizard Electric, and would absolutely work with them again for future electrical needs.

Loved how quick they were to come out and see the best way to run the electrical for my spa. The job was done on time and the work was great. Brian was responsive and gave me rough estimate over the phone. He came out shortly thereafter and gave me a actual estimate which we accepted. The job was well done within a week. I would definitely us them again should the need arise.

We looked around for at least 6 month to find the right electrician to upgrade my mom's electrical box from a Zinsco 100amp to a more modern 200amp. I met with Brian and he was very thorough on the process and what needed to be done. He discussed all the different options and what each thing would cost and how long things would take to get going and get completed. Brian was easy to work with and communicated the process along the way. The guys that came and did the work were very professional, hard working and provided clear instructions on what they were doing and how long it would take. We have had the panel since the beginning of this year and all has been great. We don't have any weird circuit breaker tripping issues and breakers go bad, it has been great! I would definitely recommend Wizard electric and Brian's team.

Highly recommend! I had an emergency, a breaker tripped and wouldn't reset. Called Brian and he was over in around an hour and got the job done quickly. Was upfront on the cost, so no surprises. Very professional and polite! Any future projects I will be calling Brian. I couldn't be happier!

Our initial visit was fine, I paid the fee, and everything seemed good. They did accidentally drill two large holes through my wall, which were repaired with sparkle and required me to touch up the paint. No biggie. I thought they were a bit expensive, but my initial interactions were good, so I was looking forward to continuing to work with the team.

After the work crew left, Brian had mentioned to me that he thought our electrical box was not to code, but he wasn't sure. He said that it would likely be $4,000 to replace. Since we recently purchased our home, I said to please fix it to be up to code. I was happy to schedule that work and leave a downpayment as well. Since he wasn't sure, he told me he was going to have a friend come to look at the box and that he had taken photos. He would call me.

Three weeks passed without a call. We had also wanted some additional work done, so I phoned to schedule that and inquire about the box again. Brian answered my call, and immediately said, ""I'm on the phone with another customer right now, I'll call you back."" Another 3 weeks have passed and he still has not phoned me back.

I'm not sure if they are overworked and unorganized, or just unreliable. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication or follow up with this company.
