John And George have been doing my electrical work for years. the best part about these guys is it's always done right for inspection. great guys!!

I am so thankful to have found Wiring Solutions on Yelp. I now have electricians for life and my family and friends will also benefit from my discovery. I tripped the main breaker while trying to reset the microwave last night. A neighbor tried to assist but we were unable to get the lights back on. Went to my sister's house and I called Wiring Solutions this morning. Within a few hours (at the promised time) they arrived and had the electricity back on in less than 30 minutes. They checked all the wiring in the box and reset the microwave circuit and I was good to go for the price of a house call.

We had a power outage a couple of days ago. When the power came back on it messed up the fuse box and our AC. I called electricians in the morning including George. He was the only one who gave me a quote and came less than 2 hrs after.
George did an awesome job. He even did a little extra.
I recommend calling him first before calling other guys.

I called George on Saturday morning. He was able to come to my home (in a different city) that same morning. There were no gimmicks, or shady stuff. He was very professional and fast. In less than 30 minutes him and his partner were able to locate the tricky problem, which was a bad wire in the attic.
another electrician (whom gave me a cheaper hourly quote) wanted me to change my electric panel, which is only a few years old. George told me it was fine and it would have been a waste of money.
George was honest and fast, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Thanks George!

I called Wiring Solutions on a Saturday after failing in my own attempts to fix a problem that caused people getting shocked when they went to the Garage and touched metal on the Freezer or Fridge. I wanted a repair done after 10:00 on Monday. I talked to George and within a half hour, he called me back to confirm the Monday appointment.
At 10:00 this morning, John showed up with his great crew who I believe were Gabriel and Victor. By the time John confirmed the charges, the other 2 guys were at it to solve the problem. Great interaction with me, the homeowner, by all 3 guys. They never stopped testing and working and the price in the end was fair and the work complete.
I'm cheap and I think I can fix everything. I can't fix everything but from now on I'll have the good sense to call in the Pro's to work on my electrical and that will be Wiring Solutions!

Wiring Solutions recently upgraded the main electrical panel in our home. George was honest, reliable and knowledgeable. We plan to use Wiring Solutions again in the near future for a few additional projects.

Discovered an electrical problem on Thursday afternoon. Contacted our usual electrician (still waiting for a response). Found these guys on YELP, called them and 10 minutes later they were at our house. It was a non trivial issue and they worked their hineys off yesterday and today. Now all fixed.
I would not hesitate to recommend them. Very efficient, fair pricing and highly professional.

I called Wiring Solutions based on all the 5 star ratings. They may be good at what they do, but I'll never know as George failed to show up for an estimate appointment. He was schedualed for Wed, 6/11 between 2 & 4 pm. During this time period he didn't show up or even call to let me know he was running late. Then at 4:22pm, I received a call from him. He said that he was busy and FORGOT he had an appointment with me. Really?! Thanks for wasting my time. I did agree to give him one more chance, and tried to reschedual. As I had a lot on my plate the rest of the week with various other appointments, I asked for an appt for Tues, 6/17 (I also could have done the 18th and 19th as well). He said that he would need to call me back. I received a messsge a day later stating that Tues wouldn't work for him & the next available time was Fri 6/20 - a week and a half after my original appt. As I am having eye surgery that day, that wouldn't work out. You would think that after standing me up the first time that he would make some effort to make things right & work things out so he could make it on the 17th. I was trying to give him business. Since he forgot our first appt, and couldn't find time to fit me in on 6/17, 6/18, or 6/19, when I had those 3 days available. I decided that Wiring Solutions would not be a good fit for me and told George I was no long interested in his co.
My response to George's response to my review:
Sorry you cannot take a negative review, and to resort to making snarky comments about your reviewers (""Perhaps you need more than electrical help"") is less than professional. I have a right to be upset that my time was wasted by your no-show. I feel my review was accurate for my situation. You did apologize at the time, that is why I did give you a 2nd chance. However, I still maintain that since you did stand me up and waste my entire afternoon, you could have been a little more accomodating. When you left your message stating the 17th wasn't good for you - that the 20th was the earliest you could come over, I was upset as I was having eye surgery on the 20th and I would then need to push the appointment to the following week - something I didn't need to worry about if you had shown up for our original appt. It's one thing to schedual an original appt weeks out, which I am fine with, but when you forget to show up for an appt, and waste someone's afternoon, then it seems to me that you should be a little more accomodating. I didn't get that feeling. To me it seemed like you weren't really wanting my business. When I called you back, I had already decided that this wasn't going to work. All I did was let you know my reasons, in a no-nonsense manner, for why I was not going ahead with your company. However, if I offended you by doing so, then I apologize.
6/14 - WOW! George is really pursuing a public, PERSONAL smear campaign against me. Even though I did apologize if I had offended him by my no-nonsense demeanor, he still feels the need to continue to trash me in public. For the record:
1. My time window was 2-4. IF he had called during that time period, said that he was running late and could come at 4:30, that would have been fine with me, as I understand things can take longer that expected. However, I never heard from him until 4:22 when he called & said that he was busy, FORGOT the appointment & that he needed to reschedual. I had projects & errands to run that afternoon, and was not happy that my time was wasted because he forgot. It was only after I made it known(I did not grunt with anger)that I was not happy about this turn of events, that he said that he might be able to get someone to come over. That would have put it past 5:00, at least an hour past the appt window, not a half hour like he said. As we had dinner plans, this would not work out. George seems to be taking exception to the fact that I was annoyed that he stood me up. How would he like it if he took the time from some other project, drive clear across town, only to find that I wasn't home because I ""forgot"" our appt.
2. His last response stated I called a 2nd time full of spite, like I just decided to randomly call to harass him. I never called him a first time, he was the one who called at 4:22. During that call is when I tried to schedual a 2nd appt for the 17th. However, he couldn't give me a time, and said he would call me back. The only time I called him was 2 days later to return his phone message. I did not call him full of spite. I was irritated, though, that after standing me up, it seemed that he wasn't trying to make things right in a timely fashion & let him know the reasons why I decided not to use his company.
Based on other reviews, I'm sure that George's company does good work. Again, I based my review on my experience that day with a business. It was nothing personal. Yet, George's responses are very personal smear campaigns against me. I will be ignoring any further rants from George.

We needed an electric car charger installed at our new house & I was dreading calling a electrician (and the huge bill and shoddy work that often comes with them). Based on previous yelp reviews, I called George at Wiring Solutions and am SO happy that I did!
He called back right away, set up a time to come out & assess the installation, quoted a fair price, and then his brother John did the installation a few days later. We agreed that John would arrive between 10-10:30; he called at 10 to let me know he'd be a few minutes late. He arrived at 10:05! I was so shocked that he came on time (actually early) and called to let me know he'd be 5 minutes late! That just hasn't been the case with most of the vendors we've worked with.
During every interaction with them, they were professional, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably priced, and nice. They did an incredible job and even helped with a small electrical issue that we had without charging us.
I can't say enough good things about them & am so happy that I now have a go-to electrician that I can rely on and trust. If only they worked on cars... :)

Our solar company relocated some of our circuit breakers when installing our system. When they were done our dryer would not heat up. After two additional visits by their electrician, as well as two visits from an appliance repair man, I decided to call Wiring Solutions.
It took mere seconds for the WS electrician to diagnose the problem. The solar company had installed the breaker in the wrong place. Both legs of the current shared the same phase. As a result, we were getting 120 volts instead of 240. Wiring Solutions corrected the problem, as well as replacing a faulty 240 outlet.
Their response was quick as could be. The electrician was professional, knowledgeable, and congenial. I was able to pay by credit card. I would not hesitate in recommending to friends and family.
