As others have noted, Paul is great. I had been recently experience weird electrical issues that I thought might be related to recent storms but couldn't figure out what was wrong. Had some serious issues overnight, and reached out for quotes in early morning hours. Paul responded early that same morning (on a holiday too). Even though I was slightly out of service area, he spent about 30 minutes with me on phone talking through potential causes, troubleshooting ideas. He explained their pricing clearly and upfront, as well as how the troubleshooting & repairs would work if we moved forward. He was even going to squeeze me in to do the work this morning considering my situation, but was also kind enough to wait for SMUD to check their stuff first. Issue was with SMUD. Damaged neutral wire, which they fixed. Paul was super nice when I told him and didn't push at all. So no actual work this time to review, but definitely seems they care about integrity, customer service and honesty.

Very happy with the service we received! Owners were very responsive to questions, arrived on time & worked on our electrical until it was perfect. We needed outlets moved in a small space and the job was not easy but pricing was fair and well- communicated. I highly recommend this business.

We have called on Paul and his brother-in-law in 2017 to replace a panel for our home that was damaged from a fallen tree during the 2016 FALL storm before we purchased our home. Someone had temporarily tried to fix the electrical panel of the home and Paul found out when he checked the panel and told us it was damaged. Since then we have called them to fix the many electrical problems that is really wrong with a house that was built in 1949. Aubree (the co-owner) was also out to help in the field with husband Paul. We would say they are really nice and professional. Paul would call at least 20 minutes before he arrives for our appointment and they are always punctual, except if they are held up with extra longer hours on their previous jobs. Paul/Aubree and assistant Josh have upgraded and fixed what had been wrong at our home and we have been calling them ever since. They recently (May and July) came back and fixed and re-wired our garage electrical mess. I would highly recommend them anytime. This is a family business. Aubree and Paul are really good people!!

Not only do they respond, they respond with perfect customer service. Husband and wife...booked out for months, so call them if you are planning most all electrical jobs. This family definitely helped me out in a time of need. I bought a older home and of course as a first time home buyer I trusted the inspection was enough. Fast forward months after moving in our lights start flickering and every quote became a discovery from hell. Thankfully i included wiring integrity in my pile of quotes and just from the phone call with aubree I felt at ease and had a totally different experience from any other electrician that I spoke with. This review is long overdue. I was looking for an electrician to take care of some electrical projects a few years ago. The first electrician I made contact with informed me that he was fully booked until the end of that year, but was kind enough to refer me to Wiring Integrity. He told me that they're another company in the area that does really good work and highly recommended them. I reached out to Wiring Integrity for this project and here's my take:

The first person I spoke to was Aubree. In providing the details of the scope of my project to her, I could tell that she is very detailed, knowledgable, and excellent with communication. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and can definitely say that Aubree is one of the most polite and pleasant first point of contacts that I have ever worked with. After looking into all my options, I went ahead and booked Wiring Integrity for this project, as Aubree, with her personable character, presentation of the quote, and follow ups, stood out from the rest of the crowd.

On the day of the job, the electricians, Paul, who is Aubree's husband, and his partner, Josh, showed up to my house right on time. It was a big job and they worked very hard and clean. I also have to add that these guys are very trustworthy. I had to step out for a little bit in the middle of the job. When I returned, there were absolutely no concerns on my end. At the completion of the job, Paul gave me a walkthrough and provided a detailed written description of what was done.

Fast forward 4 years later and I am going on with my 6th project with Wiring Integrity. The experience I have had with them has always been great from start to finish. There has absolutely been no issues as they always do quality work. They are now my go to electricians. They were referred to me by another electrician in the past, but now I too can confidently refer them based on personal experience. If you need electrical work done, give them your consideration. You won't be disappointed!
