Very nice and quick to respond. Even on a Saturday night Niko was kind enough to make sure that I was ok to wait until morning and it was nothing urgent. No one else answered until Monday. I ended up not needing them to come out but Aubrey her husband and the entire staff are kind and super friendly!! Will for sure keep them in mind if I need or any friends or family need an electrician!!

Just had my second service provided by Wiring Integrity.

1) Timely - Aubrey called to verify appointment, Paul called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Bravo!
2) Job was done efficiently, neatly, and as quietly as possible when power tools are involved. Bravo!
3) Put recessed lights in 3 rooms, all three rooms neat and clean when job completed. Bravo!
4) Final bill was exactly as stated when job was quoted in 2 months ago. Bravo!
5) Bonus - both Paul & Aubrey are personable do indeed represent the name of the company well. Wiring INTEGRITY!
6) Job #3 already scheduled! Lights look so great, putting them in 1 more room!

Very friendly from the first phone call. Aubrey listened to my electrical problem, then put me in touch with a technician for a quick phone consult. A day later Paul came to my house on time to take a look. I told him I was going to look over his shoulder so I could see what he sees. He said that was ok and then he showed me and told me what he was looking for. I got a lesson i didnt even plan on - i always appreciate spontaneous learning! Paul diagnosed the problem in an appliance and not in my panels or wiring, in under an hour. I thought he was thorough, knowledgeable and safe. Very good customer care here, and i will recommend and use again when i need an electrician.

First off, I never write an immediate review so as to let time expire to prove to me the quality of work performed.

Secondly, This isn't the first time I've have Wiring Integrity perform a service at my location because of a few things.

-Integrity is in their name because of the work they do and the level of customer service they perform on-site. Explaining everything in detail to make you feel comfortable with work performed, you'll not only feel educated but confident that the service performed was completed by an overly qualified tech team.
-The team is a super friendly and trustworthy compilation that cannot be beaten. I can honestly say that I trust them 1000%.
-Competitive pricing. They have offered me competitive pricing over the phone, of which after arriving on site have re-evaluated the situation/project and have figured out ways to safely figure out ways to deliver a quality service, a more realistic service/work to perform, resulting in lowering the cost of the project, THEN completing the service/project in a timely manner.
-Focus on project criteria/demands and timely deadlines. So far, I have even tried to deter them from their service/project I have requested, the team stays on task, highly focused, fast moving with all regards to safety leaving an outstanding product.

Lastly, with all the above listed, I am confident to say that you will receive every amount of value for every dollar you spend to have your service/project completed by this wonderful team!

After getting some bad news from another electrical company I called Wiring Integrity to have them take a look. Here is what happened. My lights in several bedrooms were flickering. I called my home warranty company and they sent out an electrician from the company they chose, Woo Brothers. The electrician opened up the electrical box and took a good look. He said we would need a new electrical box which costs an upward of $3000+ including permits and God knows what. He said they couldn't work on anything until the warranty company approves it. The next day I called Woo Brothers to see if they heard anything. I then called my warranty company and they said the claim was denied. Not good. I called Woo Brothers again and one more time at lunch time and left them a message to call me back. They did not call me back. I get that the claim was denied but the work still needs to be done. I would have just paid in cash or credit. Turns out they didn't want the business I guess since they never called back. Their loss and my gain since I ended up calling Wiring Integrity. First off, I respect companies that have great communication and answer calls and messages in a timely manner and they did all of that. With simply a picture that I sent to them, one of their team members did some digging. Turns out, my electrical box is one of the few that has more flexibility in its repairs. They could just change out the bad parts and put in new parts, all without having to tear out the whole box, no permits, no craziness. We set up an appointment on a Saturday which was perfect! This was only a couple days later. We talked on a Wednesday and Thursday was Thanksgiving. He even offered to do it on Thanksgiving day if I really needed to have the work done that bad. I appreciated that very much, but opted for Saturday. Talk about service! They came by with their crew on Saturday. Did a lot of work in about 4-5 hours. They also completed some teaching about electrical, including use of appliances and such in the house. They finished the job and guess what, about $1200 and it was done. Not $3000+ like the other company said. I was happy to have Wiring Integrity help me out. I called them originally because they had great reviews so I thought I'd throw in a great review as well. Amazing people, great electricians. I'll be keeping them in my phonebook that's for sure! Thanks guys!

These guys are good. I had to get on a waiting list because they are in such high demand. I found them because they did my brothers house and he was happy and recommended them. After they evaluated my jobs, they came back with a fair price. They performed the agreed work and even a few out of scope items that kept him at the house longer than scheduled. Careful, detail oriented, reasonable and personable. Paul is a great electrician and I was glad to give him my business.

It's difficult to offer an evaluation of Wiring Integrity without going off the deep end. So let the superlatives fly: I've known and engaged some very good electricians in my time, but never have I dealt with an outfit as profoundly knowledgeable, professional, outgoing, smart and funny (in a businesslike sort of way of course), and OK: as sweet! -- as WI. We experienced it as a 2-couple operation: Nico and Bella do the initial evaluation and overview, Paul comes to do the hands-on (re)wiring, and Aubree does the real organizational stuff. What a great business model! The initial panel inspection and evaluation was an education (we did not, as the home inspector warned, have to replace the whole thing; this saved us thousands), and Nico and Bella's assessment of our particulars and explanation to us was thorough and understandable. Ingenious solutions to intractable problems were presented, and when Paul came to work his magic, we were amazed at what he was able to accomplish. He spent 2 full days on our exterior and interior projects, and in the end we wound up with an electrical upgrade in our new-to-us home in Hollywood Park which went way beyond our expectations. WI's pricing is also in the sweet spot. We just love them! And definitely recommend them without reservations to anyone with any kind of electrical project.

Wow! What an amazing experience......If you need electrical work done, this ""electrifying"" couple are your best bet. They are extremely knowledgeable, hard working, nice and very fair with their pricing. It was my first time calling them but it won't be last. I will defintely use them again and recommend to anyone.

For those that are not interested in reading a long review, I will simply summarize by stating, ""I highly recommend Wiring Integrity - I consider them MY electricians now. They will always be my first call for any of my electrical or wiring needs/questions.""

The electrical work that I had done was more for convenience and expansion rather than necessity. It was a 2 step process: (1) an on-site assessment and (2) completion of the work order.

I originally spoke with Ms. Bella, who took down my initial request, questions and concerns, and then scheduled an on-site assessment visit. If you speak with her, you will most likely agree, she is quite a courteous, customer service focused individual.

On the day of the assessment, Mr. Niko and Ms. Bella (who I later found out are a married duo) arrived at my home on time. I must confess, though Ms. Bella's presence was of no thought to me, Mr. Niko's presence made me glad that I was neither chewing gum nor in need of using the restroom, for it is quite possible that I might have either choked or had an unfortunate personal experience. At first glance, I would have more readily put him into the bouncer category than the electrician category. My mild state of shock lasted only until the moment he smiled and greeted me. From that moment on, I was at ease. (A good reminder about not judging a book by its cover.)

Yes, they know how to do their job and they are skilled at it. That is all well and good, but that is expected. Where they set themselves apart is their consistent focus on the best interests of the customer...me. During our conversation, I was telling them what I wanted and how I envisioned things. There were at least 3 instances where they offered a different, more cost effective solution to what I initially envisioned, which combined, ended up saving me over $1000. Additionally, they were excellent at keeping me informed about what they were going to do and why - they taught me quite a bit during their visit. (I enjoyed that part the most.)

The work order was completed a couple days later by Mr. Paul. He also was on time, kind, and explained his work to me. It was an all-day job and unfortunately I was at work for most of it.

Another exceptional item of note is that a few weeks later I had a concern about one of the new lights I had put in so I called them while I was driving to my home from the store. Quite literally, by the time I finished unloading the bags from my truck, Mr. Paul arrived. (It had to have been less than 10 minutes!) Come to find it wasn't really an issue, but he double checked things, added some additional mount points to ensure my concerns were addressed anyway, and didn't charge me anything!

It is clear that they are not motivated by dollar signs; they are driven by a simple but sincere desire to be of service, and their business name fits them perfectly.

Highly recommended!

Oh yes, and on a side note, Mr. Niko and Ms. Bella happen to know some really delicious places to eat. You may want to ask them about it. I'm certainly glad they shared with me!

Paul arrived this morning exactly as promised. I had spoken to Paul and his wife, Aubrey over the phone several times. The were helpful and informative about a project involving the installation and hanging of three pendant lights. I was very impressed with Paul, both as an individual and an electrician. He knew exactly what to do and set about accomplishing the task. The job was completed in the time quoted. Not only was he meticulous but his professionalism shone through during his time here. I would definitely not hesitate to use Paul again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great electrician.
