I have used Wiring Innovations for my electrical/wiring needs for several years now (six big screen TV's and sound systems at my house and two at work, an array of ceiling lights at home and at work, various electrical repairs, friends TV systems, etc.). When I learned that they did solar it was a no brainer that I would use them based on the years of great service they have given me. I had two separate installations totaling 26 roof-mounted solar panels in March. I have not had an electric bill since.

Wiring Innovations did an excellent job! They were fast, reasonably priced and very professional. Javier is a master electrician and did a very clean job with no unsightly conduits or exterior wiring. All of the wiring came through the roof into the attic and through the garage to a control box. The control box and other associated components were strategically placed to look neat and clean. I researched the larger solar companies and found that them to have mixed reviews and higher prices. Wiring innovations is definitely the best choice for your solar needs!

Where do I begin...
Well I was referred to Javier via a close friend who suggested I get a Solar System quote and I am so glad I heeded my friend's advice. Especially with summer now here it is great and with SDG&E hosing us with their rates. Anyhow Javier came to the house did his measurements and was completely professional, very courteous, prompt and timely. Super friendly and informative, he knows his stuff and answered all of our questions. It's not often I willingly give my money to just anyone without heavy scrutiny for my home projects but with Javier we were confident we where getting a great deal, great equipment from someone that knows this stuff.

Javier always kept us informed of every detail or changes that occurred with the project, from beginning (planning stages) till the end of the project. When the big bad power company allowed us the green light to flip the switch and get credited for generating our own power. The installation looks great, clean and esthetic! We don't have nasty wires and conduit sticking out everywhere rivaling Dr. Frankenstein's roof, like others you see in San Diego. Javier listened to all my request, even went as far as ensuring the installation conformed to my minimalist style. While also leaving room for future expansions if desired. He takes great pride in his work and treats your project as if he was installing it in his home. Hands down my new electric need go to guy. Trust me I dealt with some clowns before, so Javier was a breath of fresh air that restored my faith in the industry. He even assisted me with the install of CAT-6 cable throughout the house and a few new electrical outlets. To Ethernet connect the solar system and other hardwired Internet connections we wanted, thus bringing our home up to speed and modernizing it.

If you are on the fence about Solar, or in need of a good electrician call Javier (Wiring Innovations). He is honest and fair with his pricing, he knows his stuff and is never too busy to answer random questions or to assist when you need him to. I never miss the opportunity to rant and rave to friends about his work. Or to refer a friend his way, keep up the great work! We love having renewable energy on our roof and now we kissed that big bad Electric bill to the curb..

Javier is great to work with. He's very punctual, communicated with us during every step of the process, and is very professional. He first did some work for us a couple of years ago when we first bought our house. More recently, he mounted a big flat screen tv, along with new outlet and all wires hidden (looks amazing!), installed a few new outlets, changed a couple of chandeliers, installed ring (including wiring since we had no wired doorbell), etc. He basically fixed/upgraded our entire house in less than 6 hours. He does great quality work and he work fast! He even has his own drywall guy so when he had to get through a couple of walls, he had it all patched up right away. We're very impressed and will use his services any time we need electrical work done in the future.

I have left 3 messages over 2.5 weeks, trying to get a quote on Ethernet cable for a 30 unit condo building. No one seems to care enough to answer back, even if just to tell me to go to hell.

I had a small and rather awkward bundle of projects. I received a couple quotes but Javier was the only one who wanted a quick walk-through of the tasks before he quoted me. His quote wasn't the cheapest but well within reason and with credentials in both electrical and low voltage work I knew I was getting an expert. In the end, Javier kept me informed of my options, was very personable, and did excellent work to the point that he was deserving of a small bonus.

Ask for extra business cards, a good electrician is hard to find.

The most difficult part, was getting in touch with him to begin the process. He's a busy guy but Yelp proved to be the best way to get his attention.

My wife and I wanted Music in our home so we decided to have a 5.1 surround sound system installed in our family room as well as additional speakers in our living and dining room. We also needed two room fan mounting locations moved and new fans put in. I contacted Javier with Wiring Innovations to have him give us a quote. He is by far a cut above the rest. He is professional, honest, fair and most important trust worthy. He came in completed the job but was not satisfied with one of the fan installs and refused to charge me. He came back the next day with a different bracket and remounted the fan.

His dry wall repair person is amazing, I have had dry wall work done by multiple people before and no one comes close. I would not think twice about using Javier again and since he's a full licensed electrician he will always be my goto guy for any electrical, wiring, and whole home audio installs or issues I have in the future. He will not disappoint.

He has a very wide ranging skill set in the AVTV world and he is a licensed electrician to boot! Furthermore, he is always professional, knowledgable, and efficient. We had a large electrical project to do consisting of installing a bunch of exterior security cameras, burying home theater wiring in the walls, wall-mounting a TV (including a new power outlet and HDMI), running interior CAT6 ethernet for data jacks, and installing several motion-sensing floodlights.

I really appreciated Javier's enthusiasm and dedication to getting my work done. We've struggled with contractors that fail to respond or took forever to complete things. Javier's initial estimate was done on immediately, on a weekend. When the work spilled over from Friday he was out there the next day, Saturday morning, finishing up. His prices were reasonable and he obviously knows his stuff.

We're already planning more wiring projects and will be contacting Wiring Innovations again when the time comes.

I've hired a lot of contractors and hiring Javier at Wiring Innovations was one of the best yet. I got tired of dealing with my wireless network problems and decided to transition to a wired computer network that integrated all of my networked devices including TV's and entertainment systems.
