Fast response, good communication throughout the process. Came within the promised time frame and got the job done quickly. It was to diagnose several GFCI outlets that was not working and replaced the broken one.

Olvin was patient during the service time as I had to leave early for work and my wife had work meetings during the visit. He had to wait a bit to get access and then had to figure out the right key from a bunch of unmarked keys to open the lock I have on the outdoor electrical panel cover.

He helped explain the possible reason (multiple hairdryers running at the same time) for us to help prevent the issue from re-occuring.

Olvin and his crew are professional, communicative, and responsive. When I found out that I needed to do a full rewire (from knob & tube) and panel upgrade, they were helpful in explaining what to expect and also some of the unknowns behind the walls we might encounter as we needed to keep things up to code. They were helpful in letting me know my options and also patient with me as I was a little picky with light switches, outlet types, and their placement.

I've since had Olvin and his team some other work after the hefty rewire job, as they literally know my house inside and out! I would highly recommend.

Wire Tech Electric did an incredible job rewiring our very old house, adding outlets and switches, and installing new fixtures. It was a huge job, and they did it perfectly.
