He does fine work, however I had 2 main issues. 1) Punctuality. Two times we had scheduled a time to meet and he had to reschedule last minute...as in, when I was already there waiting for him. 2) AFTER completing the work we agreed upon, he wrote down a price and left it for me (since I was busy when he finished). Then when he came to pick up the check the following day, he said he had made a mistake and actually, I owed more money than he had originally said. Unfortunately, I will not be using his service again due to these issues.

Very nice guy - I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. We had several outlets not working in our new house and he was able to fix most within minutes (hidden GFI in garage!). One needed new wires spliced from inside to outside outlet. Very trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. He even offered to help with our porch light fixture issue after I payed him, since he was about 10 minutes short of the hour!! Thanks Wire Guy!

Whatever you do, don't hire this guy. We hired him to install a new outlet for our gas stove. He drilled straight through the wall behind it & refused to fix the wall to its original state. I have a blob of white plaster where my taupe textured wall used to be. I now have to hire another person to fix the wall. Run away- don't hire him.

Moved into a newer home with an outdated dryer socket! I needed someone fast to install the new socket so I could get some laundry done! Rich answered the call, made an appointment for the next day, new socket installed in no time, he also helped me get the dryer balanced and attached the vent! I will definitely have Rich back should I need any electrical work done. He showed up on time, went right to work and was done in a jiffy and he was very very reasonable and knowledgeable.

Rich is such a nice guy. He came over the same day I called and switched my outlets in the kitchen and bathrooms to GFCI. He has been in this line of work for 33 years and knows what he is doing. His prices are very reasonable too. If you are military, he will give military discount. We are having him come back and install ceiling fans in a few days. I highly recommend for any electrical needs!
