Don't use this company for any reason. They installed an hvac system in my house in 2016 and the system was installed incorrectly resulting in water damage in the ceiling below. The tech that installed the unit did know what he was doing. When I called for service I was told they don't service that particular unit anymore because they didn't have a qualified tecnician. These people are a zero star.
Mr. Winkler is a knowledgeable, kind and honest man. He takes his time and really tries to help. We have a cantankerous unit and he's diligently helping us resolve the problem. He's reasonable too, which we're very thankful for!
Would not touch these guys with a 10 foot pole. My gas furnace went out and I called them. Service man came out and immediately diagnosed the problem which just needed to have a part replaced. The next day, I was told that he had called ""everywhere"" and the part was not in stock. He would have to order it direct and it would be another 4-5 days before it arrived. My house was 42 degrees with two small children, so that was not acceptable. I picked up the phone and called the local dealer who stated he had several of the parts in stock, and that no one had called him to ask about the availability?????? We drove to pay for and pick up the part, and the service tech stopped by our house and spent 5 minutes putting the part in. The bill they gave us was then outrageous with ""trip fees"" and labor. When I called the owner of the company to question the charges and ask for an explanation about the run around for the part availability he stated that if I did not pay the fee in full immediately to the service tech, he would call his lawer and put a lien on my house....then hung up........ There are a bunch of other good HVAC companies in town...USE THEM INSTEAD!
