Listen, I don't write Yelp reviews, but after my horrible experience with Win-Win, I had to warn people.

Mark ghosted in the middle of a job and left me without a functioning HVAC. I found FIME, who were able to quickly fix my system. On top of that, FIME's repair was $1250 less expensive than Mark's!

This guy is very unprofessional.

I found Mark through the Mr. Cool website as a recommended installer. He was easy to get a hold of, responsive and gave me good insight into the best mini-split to install for my home office. Once he started the job, his engineering mind and professional approach was amazing. He was able to figure ways to put the unit where I needed where other installers would have made a fuss about. He also understands the electrical angle from a logical engineers mind and will come up with safe and creative solutions, rather than a typical close-minded electrical contractor. He is hard working, shows up when he says he will and creates no fuss (or mess)! He was also honest enough to note, that when we changed the line-set run, it would be less work, and deducted that from the final invoice! Highly recommend this kind and caring professional for mini-split heating/cooling systems, electrical work/panels and heat pump water heaters.

After contacting 3 companies to obtain estimates for the installation of 2 Heating and AC units we contacted Mark at Win-Win Home Improvement. Mark provided us with an estimate that was several thousand dollars less than what we had received from the other 3 companies. Mark's proposal was straightforward and fair. The project entitled the removal and replacement of two Heating and AC units, one a 1.5 ton and the other 2 ton. From start to finish Mark explained the process and was always available to answer any question or address any concerns. Since the equipment had to be ordered we were without AC during the recent heatwave, Mark surprised us by ordering a portable AC that we could use. Needless to say we had never experienced such generous gesture from any contractor. Once the equipment arrived the work was performed in a very professional manner. Working with Mark has been a very positive experience and it is without hesitation that I highly recommend Win-Win Home Improvement.

I purchased 2 mini-splits (A/C-heat pumps - MrCool brand) with the intention of doing them myself. After receiving the units and considering everything involved, I decided to get some quotes from HVAC installer/companies (I wanted one condenser to installed on a pad and the other to be installed on a bracket). First problem I ran into was being told they would not install units that I did not buy from them. I then did actually find some that would install my units, but these companies wanted a steep price. I checked the MrCool website and Mark's company (Win-Win Home Improvement) was recommended. I contacted the company - and Mark answered all my questions and gave me a quote that was much more reasonable.

We arranged for the work to be done - he said it probably would take between one and two days. Mark arrived on time, did the work as agreed and it took a little more than a day. Everything was nicely done and my wife even commented that he was very neat! I am including pictures of the condenser installs - one was done on a pad and one was done on a bracket.

I recommend Win-Win Home Improvement (and Mark) highly.

System was installed at the pick of the summer heat (100+ degrees Fahrenheit) but that did not cause any delays.

The engineering skills and craftsmanships of Mark England exceeded my expectations particularly in dealing the refrigeration lines.

I found Mark from the Mr.Cool website. It's hard to find licensed person who knows about Mr.Cool. Mark was responsive and professional. He came and helped me identified the problems, although he didn't install the units. I really appreciated him.

When I bought Mr.Cool I couldn't find any installers, so my handyman installed for me. Well, it's not as easy as advertised DIY (Do It Yourself). You really need to know what to do, you need a licensed electrician and installer.

However, it's worth to have a mini split. It's a ductless so not blowing dust, it's good for my asthma. Also, it's adjustable room by room.
