The issue with our AC was rather involved but this company was great every step of the way, replaced the blower motor, diagnosed and fixed the underlying cause so that it wouldn't happen again, helped explain the process as they went along. After being postponed twice by our initial water heater installer, I called Wilson Home Services out of desperation. Friday evening was upon us, and we had been out hot water since Monday. The previous installer was dismissive, and really did not seem to care! The Wilson team was the exact opposite! They had our installer, Chad, to our house promptly. The install was great, Chad did excellent work, and he took care in not getting rusty water on the carpet! This team will definitely be the first folks I call with my plumbing or electrical needs!

They were recommended to me from our neighborhood Nextdoor site. They have excellent customer service and we're honest to tell me they did not think I had an outdoor leak. The technician gave me some tips and told me to call them if I felt it needed further investigation at a later date.

Had service done two weeks ago, and called because I had a problem with the work that had been done was not working. They told me there would be another service call if they had to come out for the same issue. Really ??? They won't guarentee their work for 30 days?????
They don't warranty their service at all!

We had a water heater that was going out, so we requested service from our homeowners policy. That didn't go very well so long story short, we proceeded to take matters into our own hands and call different companies to get bids. We looked at Angie's List for companies. We talked with a few and decided on Wilson Home Services. The technician, Chad, was very punctual, explained things in detail and put in a brand new Rheem 50 gallon professional series electric water heater in our house within 2 1/2 hours.
We are happy with the service of this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater. The process was fast, easy and Chad was nice to work with.

Really happy with the quality of the work, price and the clean up after they replaced my hot water heater and put in a recirculation pump. They took great care to make sure that I was happy and were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and I will use them again!

My electric tankless hot water heater went out. Wilson Home Services was wonderful from the initial phone call through completion. They sent someone out the same day I called. Chad gave me an estimate, I scheduled the work and it was completed on time with no problems.
