Had service done two weeks ago, and called because I had a problem with the work that had been done was not working. They told me there would be another service call if they had to come out for the same issue. Really ??? They won't guarentee their work for 30 days?????
They don't warranty their service at all!

BEWARE!!!! These guys are bad news!!!

We had a water heater that was going out, so we requested service from our homeowners policy. That didn't go very well so long story short, we proceeded to take matters into our own hands and call different companies to get bids. We looked at Angie's List for companies. We talked with a few and decided on Wilson Home Services. The technician, Chad, was very punctual, explained things in detail and put in a brand new Rheem 50 gallon professional series electric water heater in our house within 2 1/2 hours.
We are happy with the service of this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater. The process was fast, easy and Chad was nice to work with.

Really happy with the quality of the work, price and the clean up after they replaced my hot water heater and put in a recirculation pump. They took great care to make sure that I was happy and were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and I will use them again!

My electric tankless hot water heater went out. Wilson Home Services was wonderful from the initial phone call through completion. They sent someone out the same day I called. Chad gave me an estimate, I scheduled the work and it was completed on time with no problems.

They came in record time, and was able to fix something within 15 minutes that was making the Ac not blow cold air. The company we have a warranty on the Ac with, A#1 air, was deceitful and trying to unnecessarily rob us of $929 to fix the problem that Wilson charged only $129 to fix. I am happy with their service and plan on using them in the future for my plumbing or Ac needs, and I highly recommend them.

I called Wilson Home Services on a Saturday as I was not able to finish installing my water heater on my own. The receptionist that answered my call was very nice and polite. She let me know a technician will contact me back with availability and time. I received a call within 30 mins from Chad, the plumbing technician. Chad was very professional and straightforward. He advise me his available time and the cost. Remind you this is on a Saturday morning, this business was available to help me and charge a reasonable price. He even contacted me letting me know he was on his way and also show up on time. When on site he even put on ""shoe covers"" so he doesn't track dirt onto my floor. He evaluated the situation and provided a written statement/cost to let me know exactly what is being done and the final cost, A+ professional. His craftsmanship was very good, also provided me with helpful info to maintain the water heater. I highly recommend this business and Chad for your plumbing needs!

Called Wilson Home Services for several small repair jobs to rental properties I manage. Different areas of the DFW metroplex. They responded timely and took care of the situation. They called and advised what was needed and once I gave OK carried out the repairs needed. Called to follow up to make sure all was OK. Very pleased and will use them again when needed. This company completed a few services for me today, including AC tuneup, grounding/bonding csst gas line in the attic, and a minor issue with our water heater. Setting up the appointment was easy and quick. The technician doing the work was friendly and helpful in educating me on some things to prevent issues in the future.
